With the rapid improvement of the world's industrialization level and the rapid development of global urbanization,many development problems have also followed,such as freshwater resource crisis,energy shortage,sharp decline of forest resources,land desertification,accelerated species extinction,etc.These problems are threatening Human living environment.Humanity and nature are the community of life,and Humanity must conform to,respect and protect nature.And as a composite system of natural ecology and social economy,land plays an indispensable role in the coordinated development of natural ecology,society and economy.The land use system embodies the interaction between humans and nature.Therefore,it is very necessary that to strengthen research on the land use system which is composed of natural,economy and society.Based on this,this paper diagnoses the health of the land use system in Zhejiang Province and its 11 districts from 2009 to 2018,calculate the obstacles of each obstacle factor,and analyze the factors affecting the healthy development of the land use system by using the DPSIR-EES model,entropy weighting method,obstacle factor diagnosis and other research methods.The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the results of the health diagnosis of the land use system in Zhejiang Province and its 11 districts by the DPSIR-EES composite model,the overall health index of the land use system in Zhejiang Province from 2009 to 2018 are 0.3157,0.3298,0.3514,0.4382,0.4510,0.5228,0.5851,0.5809,0.6098,0.6931.The diagnosis results show that the overall land use system of Zhejiang Province has developed from an unhealthy state(level ?)in2009 to a sub-healthy state(level ?)in 2018,showing a good development trend.The health index of the land use system in 11 districts is concentrated between 0.3 and 0.6,and the overall trend is increasing.The health level of is concentrated in the critical state(level ?)and subhealth state(level III).(2)Judging from the classification barriers of criterion level 1,the classification barriers of the pressure(P),state(S),and impact(I)subsystems in the land use system of Zhejiang Province from 2009 to 2018 showed an overall downward trend,while the classification obstacles of the driving force(D)and response(R)subsystems show an upward trend.The classification obstacles of each subsystem in each region in different periods also have different levels,and the response(R)subsystem appears most frequently in the order of classification obstacles.Judging from the barriers of index layer,among the obstacle factors affecting the health of the land use system in Zhejiang Province from 2009 to 2018,the obstacle factors that rank at the top and appear frequently are GDP growth rate,the fertilizer load per unit of arable land,the growth rate of afforestation area,etc.And among the obstacle factors affecting the health of the land use system in 11 districts in Zhejiang Province from 2009 to 2018,the obstacle factors that rank at the top and appear frequently are the growth rate of afforestation area,the fertilizer load per unit of arable land,the proportion of tertiary industry in GDP,and the per capita housing area in urban areas,etc.(3)Considering various factors,the main reasons that seriously affect the health of the land use system in Zhejiang Province are the unbalanced regional development,the transitional stage of economic development,the conflict between the development and utilization of cultivated land and construction land,the existence of "hollow villages" in urban and rural development,Urban "aging" and so on.Based on the above diagnosis results,this paper also proposes corresponding development paths from the perspectives of compiling territorial and spatial planning,protecting arable land,rationally planning urban and rural settlements,regulating land elements to promote the improvement of industrial structure,and strengthening the construction of ecological civilization.
