Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai are located in China's most economically active eastern coastal area, with a population of more than 160 million, and have a strategic position in the overall state of modernization.Good infrastructure construction,all-round open structure and convenient transportation make these two provinces and one city lead the economic and social development of the country. At the same time, the ecological environment in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai has also suffered severe damage, affecting people's work and life.Due to the long-term cumulative accumulation of economic development, the regional compound air pollution problem has caused the region to face a more severe form of pollution and health.Serious air pollution has even threatened people's health and greatly increased the cost of social health. However, many scholars have conducted research on how air pollution affects health, what relationship exists between influencing factors, and how it can alleviate or even solve the health problems of pollution.Regarding the intermediate transmission mechanism of air pollution and health, some experts believe that the improvement of subjective air pollution will significantly increase the happiness of residents,so as to achieve residents' physical and mental enjoyment and promote the improvement of health;air pollution affects people's lives And healthy lifestyles directly affect people 's health;in addition, different social strata differ in their ability to resist air pollution and their possession of good environmental resources, leading to the average health of groups in higher social strata Groups significantly different from the lower social class status.Based on the 2010-2015 CGSS(Chinese General Social Survey)micro-health data at individual level and air pollution data at the regional level in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai, investigating the spatial difference from the perspective of individual health, air pollution and air pollution-health effect transmission mechanisms,By establishing a generalized multilevel Logistic model, the results show that: Judging from the impact of individual characteristics on health,Shanghai residents have health advantages over Jiangsu and Zhejiang at all ages, mainly because Shanghai residents have higher health returns from education and income than Jiangsu and Zhejiang province,Individual characteristics are not the only factors that determine the health of residents, and differences in individual behaviors cannot reflect the existence of inequality between residents' health. To correctly evaluate the health inequality of residents,it is also necessary to introduce a non-individual behavior dimension-regional variables. This article discusses the changing trend and decomposition of multidimensional health inequality in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai. There are significant differences in the transmission mechanism of air pollution and health in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai. The specific manifestation is that the adverse effects of air pollution in Jiangsu Province can buffer the promotion of social class on health status;for Shanghai groups, air pollution is an important transmission route of happiness to affect health status;but the transmission mechanism to healthy lifestyle, happiness, and social class of air pollution's health effects of Zhejiang Province population are not significant. Finally, according to the characteristics of pollution-health effect transmission mechanism between regions, relevant countermeasures and suggestions that can further promote the health conditions of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai population are proposed. For example, refine the health influencing factors, and combined to the health characteristics of different regions to increase pollution control efforts and promote all aspects of coordinated development.
