According to the report of 18 th Party Congress,it upgraded ecological civilization to one of national key strategic tasks for the first time,explicitly emphasizing that the ecological civilization is a long-term task of vital importance to the people' well-being and China's national future.As further indicated in the report of 19 th Party Congress,promoting ecological civilization is vital to sustain the Chinese nation's development.As the land is deemed as an important spacial carrier of ecological civilization,accurately recognize,highly value the health of the land utilization system and give its full play is of far-reaching and profound significance to the vital role of ecological civilization.Hence,by carrying out healthy evaluation on the land utilization system,the regional land utilization system could be more accurately learned,which is conducive for providing scientific basis for maintaining the big environment of regional land utilization system,thereby it is good for lessening the land pressure in a reasonable and scientific way,in an effort to achieve sustainable utilization and scientific management of the land.On the basis of current literatures,the paper introduces the evaluation method in combination of main component analysis and entropy method,namely the combination evaluation model,to address the problem of failing to identify information overlapping among identification indicators when using the traditional entropy method to empower numerous indicators.Targeted at 9 cities and prefectures of Guizhou Province,it selects 22 indicators to build the evaluation indicator system based on the structure-function-benefit model,with the purpose of building the combination evaluation model on the health of land utilization system healthy,In such way,it analyzes the development situation of land utilization system health of various cities and prefectures of Guizhou Province for the past ten years from 2008 to 2017,and make targeted suggestions for alleviating the pressure of land utilization system to advance the healthy development of the land system in light of the local conditions.The study result indicates that:(1)the overall health indicators of land utilization system of various cities of Guizhou Province is obtained via the calculation of combinationevaluation model,the overall health indicators of land utilization system of various cities and prefectures of Guizhou Province presents a general rising trend during the period of2008-2017,with overall indicators rising from-4.1481 to 10.6357,and the health level of land utilization has been transformed from the morbid state to sub-health state;in light of the time,relatively large time difference exists in the overall health indicators of land utilization system of various cities and prefectures of Guizhou Province,among which,for the Guiyang City,Liupanshui City,Qiandongnan Prefecture,Tongren City and Qiannan Prefecture,their overall health scores of land utilization system are at the steady increase model;while the overall scores of Zunyi City,Anshun City,Bijie City and Qianxinan Prefecture are at the relative large fluctuation range,namely the period of 2009-2011 witnessed relatively large fluctuation.From the perspective of space,Guiyang City is situated at central of Guizhou Province,the changing trend of health grade takes Guiyang City as the central zone since 2012,gradually radiating to the periphery region in the form of circular shape.(2)Based on the analysis of overall indicators of various cities and prefectures,lare parts of regions in Guizhou Province,such as Tongren Region,east of Zunyi City and east of Qianxinan Prefecture experiences heavy drought and severe drought due to the continuous drought from autumn of 2009 to the autumn and winter of 2011,leading to dry out of reservoir of some regions,substantial reduction of river runoff,lessening humidity of soil,and the dry-out of large area of crops and lowering of grain production due to the insufficient water required for the growth of crops.The lowering of grain production constitutes the major reason for the decrease of the overall indicators during the period of 2009-2011.Based on the study result,it puts forward the development suggests that are good for studying regional land utilization system by combining the actual situation of various cities and prefectures of Guizhou Province.
