| As is known to all,the school education is the main battle field of quality education.Inschool education,classroom teaching is the main channel of implementing qualityeducation and school education security system in the core link.The quality of teachersdirectly affect the quality of the students,the classroom teaching skills are the importantpart of teachers’ quality, it to guarantee the quality and efficient classroom teaching playsan important role.After graduation, pre-service teacher will work as a teacher in middleschools, which classroom teaching skills training and improvement are particularlyimportant.Form the above we can see that pre-service teachers’classroom teaching skillstraining has its research value and significance.The author choose one physics pre-service teacher who study in D university as theresearch object,through the method of literature review,case and observing, analyzing herclassroom teaching skills.Choosing three different stages to research object’s classroomteaching skills. Through the observation and analysis we can see that: professionalknowledge and education theory are the basic guarantee of improving pre-serviceteachers’ teaching skills,teaching practice activities can help teachers training andimprove teaching skillsThe author hope to find out the effective methods to help pre-service teachers todevelop and improve their classroom teaching skills. |
