In recent years,teacher-training professional certification has improved the professionalism of teacher-training majors.Practicing skills of normal students are the necessary skills for future normal students to engage in the teaching profession, and they are also the skills that normal colleges and universities emphatically cultivate for normal students. Therefore, research on the professional skills and influencing factors of mathematics teacher students under the background of teacher professional certification can not only enable higher normal colleges to optimize their teacher training programs, but also promote the self-reflection and progress of mathematics teacher students. This article mainly uses literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, difference analysis method,multi-factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis to study the theoretical system and main influencing factors of mathematics teacher students' professional skills under the background of professional certification. In order to further enrich the theoretical and practical research on the professional skills of mathematics normal students.Chapter One,the question is raised. This article explains the background, research questions, research significance and research methods of the question.Chapter Two,Literature Review and Theoretical Basis. This chapter first conducts a literature review, from three aspects: the policy of teacher professional certification, professional certification and teacher training, and the foreign research of professional certification.A literature review of the professional skills of normal students and mathematics normal students from the aspects of concept, classification, training, etc.Secondly, clarify the theoretical basis of this article-constructivist learning theory, teacher professional qualification certification theory and teacher professional development theory.Chapter Three,Theoretical Research on Vocational Skills in Mathematics Teachers. This article first puts forward the connotation of the professional skills of mathematics teacher students through the theoretical basis and literature review of Chapter Two.According to the related theory of skills,it is proposed that the professional skills of mathematics teacher students have five characteristics: explicitness, conceptuality, acquisition and experience, professionalism, and flexibility.Secondly, according to the requirements of professional certification, the mathematics teacher's professional skills are divided into dimensions, and then the training model and training principles of the mathematics teacher's professional skills are proposed. The fourth chapter introduces the questionnaire preparation and the survey process, and makes a descriptive analysis of the status quo of the basic mathematics teaching skills, the mathematics teaching implementation skills, and the general education skills of the mathematics normal students. The result is that the basic skills of mathematics teaching and the implementation skills of mathematics teaching among the professional skills of mathematics teachers are average, and the level of general education skills is relatively high.Overall,Mathematics Teacher student skill level general. Finally, the differences in the professional skills of mathematics teacher students are analyzed from three aspects: whether to participate in the internship, the internship time, and the guidance of the internship instructor. The result is that the average score of professional skills of the mathematics teacher students who participated in the internship was much higher than the average score of the math teacher students who did not participate in the internship. The internship time and the instructor's influence on the professional skills of mathematics normal students are both positive and significant. The fifth chapter is mainly to carry out a multi-factor analysis of variance on the questionnaire data to determine the factors that have a significant impact on the professional skills of mathematics teacher students Perform multiple linear regression analysis on each dimension to obtain the main influencing factors and their weights of each dimension of the mathematics teacher's professional skills.Draw the following conclusion1.The main influencing factors of basic mathematics teaching skills are ranked in descending order of influence weight as follows: professional guidance from teachers in class(KS4),mathematics classroom teaching methods and skills learned in class(KS3),instructional video materials for learning after class(KW3).2.The main influencing factors of the implementation skills of mathematics teaching are ranked in descending order of influence weight as follows: professional guidance from teachers in class(KS4),mathematics classroom teaching methods and skills learned in class(KS3),and professional knowledge of mathematics learned in class(KS2),textbooks and teaching videos for off-class learning(KW3),part-time tutoring(KW2).3.The main influencing factors of general education skills are ranked in descending order of influence weight as follows: mathematics classroom teaching methods and skills learned in class(KS3),teaching videos seen in class(KS5).In summary, the factors that have the greatest impact on the professional skills of mathematics teacher students are the mathematics classroom teaching methods and skills(KS3)that the mathematics teacher learns in class;the second is the teacher's professional guidance during class(KS4);The third is the instructional videos(KS5)that normal students have watched in class, textbooks and instructional videos(KW3)learned in class, professional knowledge of mathematics learned in class(KS2),and part-time education and tutoring(KW2).The sixth chapter mainly proposes five strategies for cultivating mathematics teacher students' professional skills from the perspective of curriculum optimization, teacher teaching, educational practice, resource allocation and teacher students themselves.
