| Research purposes:With the abundance of material conditions and the rapid development of economic conditions,the obesity rate of Chinese adolescents has been rising year by year,and the obesity problem is an "invisible killer" in the peaceful era.This study intends to improve the efficiency of local fat mobilization based on exercise weight loss and maximize the weight loss effect through massage techniques.Press and knead obese patients where the fat is severely pushed and the fat is difficult to consume,and then use exercise to consume these fats,and explore whether exercise combined with massage can effectively improve the weight loss effect of young people,and provide reference value for improving the efficiency of exercise weight loss.Research method:This article adopts the literature method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method.A 7-week experimental intervention was conducted by selecting 32 obese adolescents with a body fat rate of ≥30% in the 2020 peak weight loss summer camp.Among them,there are 16 girls and 16 boys.The subjects were randomly divided into16 exercise groups(8 boys and 8 girls)and 16 exercise combined massage groups(8 boys and 8 girls).The exercise plan of the two groups is the same.The exercise combined massage group is given a fixed time of 1 hour for waist,hip,and thigh massage every day by a professional coach,and then exercises to lose weight.By measuring the data before and after weight loss,body fat,BMI,lean body mass,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides,to compare the changes of various indicators before and after weight loss and the difference between the two groups difference.Research result:(1)The experimental groups of boys and girls have extremely significant differences in the three indicators of weight,BMI,and body fat percentage(P<0.01).The control group also has significant differences in the three indicators of weight,body fat percentage,and BMI.There is a very significant difference(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in lean body mass between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).The weight,body fat percentage,and BMI of obese boys and girls between the control group and the experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The waist,hip,and thigh circumferences of the experimental group and the control group of obese boys and girls adolescents have been significantly improved,and the decline of the experimental group is greater than that of the control group.There are significant differences between the two groups before and after the experiment(P< 0.01).The comparison between the control group and the experimental group of obese boys and girls adolescents with waist circumference,hip circumference and thigh circumference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The values of FBG and TC before and after the experiment in the male experimental group and the control group,as well as the decreased values??of the experimental group’s TG,have very significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The male control group had a significant difference in TG before and after the experiment(P<0.05);the female experimental group’s FBG and the control group’s TG had a significant difference before and after the experiment(P<0.05).The FBG of the female control group,the TG of the experimental group,and the TC of the control and experimental groups after the decrease before and after the experiment had very significant statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in FBG between groups(P>0.05).The decline rate of TG and TC experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group,with very significant statistical significance(P<0.05).in conclusion:(1)From a comprehensive analysis,exercise combined with massage has its own advantages.On the one hand,it can effectively reduce the weight of obese teenagers,and it can also reduce body fat rate and BMI.This method can reduce the degree of obesity,and Improved body shape.(2)The combination of exercise and massage can effectively improve the circumference of the waist,buttocks and thighs,which can make the body circumference fall faster,and is better than the exercise group,and has a shaping effect.(3)Exercise combined with massage and exercise group can reduce the fasting blood sugar,total cholesterol,and triglyceride indexes of obese adolescents compared with the past.The blood lipid and blood sugar metabolism level has been improved,and it can also improve the health of adolescents.Level. |
