Since the reform and opening up,People's life is getting better and better.,but also brought a variety of health problems, obesity is one of the most serious problems.Metabolic diseases caused by obesity have seriously endangered people's health.Obesity has begun to develop to all ages, and the problem of obesity in children and the elderly has become increasingly serious. The medical costs for treating various diseases caused by obesity are also considerable and increasing year by year. With the improvement of medical level and people's attention to health problems, more and more people realize that only reasonable and scientific healthy diet and exercise can completely keep away from obesity.More and more people enter the gym and begin to lose weight.Conventional running and other simple aerobic training can no longer meet the needs of people to lose weight.Strength training and aerobic exercise have become the choice of most fitness members to lose weight. As a popular way of losing weight in clubs,HIIT has also received more and more people's attention.A large number of studies have confirmed that long-term adherence to moderate intensity aerobic exercise can help to reduce weight, improve cardiopulmonary function, reduce blood lipid and visceral fat content.HIIT?High Intensity Interval Exercise?has been proved to be safe and effective in many studies as a new method of weight loss.Resistance training can effectively develop muscle strength, increase body muscle content, thereby improving the body's resting metabolic rate,so that the body consumes a lot of calories and fat,in order to achieve the effect of reducing fat.Under the same exercise conditions, the combination of resistance exercise is more effective than aerobic exercise in reducing the body weight, body fat,waist-hip ratio and BMI of obese adolescents.Whether the effect of HIIT combined with resistance training on reducing fat is better than that of moderate intensity aerobic exercise combined with resistance training under the same conditions, there are few related studies in this field, which deserves further study.Purposes:On the premise of the same resistance training intensity, combined with HIIT of the same mechanical work and MIT of medium intensity, exercise intervention was conducted for 10 weeks.By comparing the difference of training results between the two groups, this paper explores the mechanism of the effect of the two exercise modes on obese young women's weight loss, compares their advantages and disadvantages, and provides relevant reference value for future weight loss and fitness exercises.Methods:Twenty-four young women?20.36+1.52yr?were randomly divided into HIIT group?n=12?and MIT group?n=13?.They received 10weeks of exercise intervention, and both groups were trained on the treadmill. In HIIT group,90%HRmaxax exercise for 3 minutes followed by50%HRmaxax exercise for 3 minutes, repeated 5 groups,4 times a week.MIT continued to exercise at 70%HRmaxax intensity for 35 minutes, four times a week. The main content of resistance training includes flexion and extension exercises of shoulder joint, elbow joint, hip joint, knee joint and trunk muscle group. The exercise intensity is about 65%75%with one maximum repetitive load?1RM?,3 times a week. Before the beginning of the exercise, all the subjects were warmed up for about 5 minutes to activate the main joints.Strength training is performed first, followed by aerobic exercise or HIIT,followed by 10 minutes of finishing and stretching. The test before and after the experiment included four indexes:body basic index?height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference?,body fat rate, elbow and knee flexion and extension peak torque?PT?,Maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max)and blood lipid were four indicators.Results:?1?There was no significant difference in the initial indicators between the two groups before the experiment.?2?There were significant decreases in body weight,BMI,waist circumference and waist circumference between the two groups?p<0.01?,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups?p>0.05?.The WHR of HIIT group and MIT group decreased significantly?p<0.01?,but the exercise effect of HIIT group was more obvious?p=0.026?.?3?The body fat rate of the two groups decreased significantly?p<0.05?,VO2maxmax increased significantly?p<0.05?,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups.?4?The flexion and extension peak moments of the dominant elbow and knee joints of the two groups were significantly increased?p<0.05?,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups?p<0.05?.However,there was a significant difference in peak torque of knee extensors?p=0.045?,and the effect of HIIT training was better than that of MIT group.?5?There was no significant difference in triglyceride?TG?,low density lipoprotein?LDL-C?and high density lipoprotein?HDL-C?between the two groups before and after training?p>0.05?.There was no significant difference in total cholesterol?TC?before and after training in HIIT group?p>0.05?,but the cholesterol index in MIT group decreased significantly after training?p=0.024?.Conclusion:?1?The 10-week resistance combined with HIIT exercise program and resistance combined with moderate intensity aerobic exercise program can effectively reduce the body weight,BMI,waist circumference, hip circumference and body fat rate of obese young women, and effectively improve their VO2max,elbow flexion and extension muscle strength, knee flexion muscle strength, and there is no difference between them.?2?10-week resistance combined with HIIT exercise program and resistance combined with moderate intensity aerobic exercise program can reduce the WHR of obese young women and improve their knee extensor strength, but the former is better.
