Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Service Platform Based On WebGIS

"Entrepreneurial innovation" is an important driving force for social progress and development.Under the new mode of“Internet+”,people,things,funds and information flowing in the smart social network will be automatically identified and intelligently matched in the network,So that projects or companies can achieve rapid and effective resourceintegration.Based on the "Internet+" platform,using the advantages of information technology such as the Internet to protect and innovate entrepreneurial activities,this new model is conducive to the development of "mass entrepreneurship,innovation".Taking the entrepreneurial service platform of Yantai High-tech Zone as an example,this paper studies the technical framework and implementation of the entrepreneurial service platform.Entrepreneurship service platform research and development,entrepreneurship,employment as the core of system services,relying on geographic information system technology,comprehensive use of WebGIS,intelligent cluster,SOA,plug-in development and other methods,The combination of entrepreneurial service information and spatial thematic information has established an integrated service platform for the integration of entrepreneurial topics and geographic information elements.The entrepreneurial service platform implements map and business management functions:①Map service management:Involving remote map service publishing,layer field management,data service management.②Business process configuration:Including process configuration,in-box,boxed and project acceptance.This module allows you to design your process and use a well-designed process for instance use on your project.Also support the viewing and processing of process instances.③System monitoring:Mainly includes data monitoring,system logs and data logs.This module allows administrators to easily view all operations on the system,Viewing the data generated under various operations can effectively ensure the safe operation of the system and also facilitate the maintenance of the system.④Map release:Publish,manage,and maintain OGC standard map services,manage map styles,perform map cache settings,and provide analysis services.Entrepreneurship Service Platform integrates entrepreneurship resources with multi-dimensional structural attributes of geographic location.It not only provides a reference for the government to manage entrepreneurship resources,but also provides a convenient channel for the management of entrepreneurship enterprises,and also provides an effective and intuitive way for the intentional enterprises to settle.
