| Micro-innovation focuses on small things,focusing on the user experience,and identifying the user’s unmet needs through differentiated positioning or constantly following up on user needs to gain market competitive advantage.In practice,small and medium-sized enterprises have less resources and are often unable to carry out independent research and development and bear the risks.Micro-innovation is the most suitable for SMEs innovation due to low investment,short cycle and low risk.mode.Based on the unique situation that domestic small and medium-sized enterprises seek suitable innovative methods in the innovation network in recent years,this paper explores the impact of the knowledge base and external network embeddedness level of SMEs in Zhejiang Province on the micro-innovation selection strategy of enterprises.This deconstructs the knowledge base and the network embeddedness and micro-inninnovation ovation type matching structure,so as to more effectively guide the enterprise micro-practice and improve the innovation performance.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)Based on the exploratory case analysis of six small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province.This paper analyzes the relationship between the internal knowledge base,the embedded level of external network,the entrepreneurial spirit and the micro-innovation choice strategy of the enterprise,and proposes related propositions.(2)Based on the exploratory case analysis of six small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province.This paper analyzes the relationship between the internal knowledge base,the external network embeddedness,the entrepreneurial spirit and the enterprise’s micro-innovative choice strategy,and proposes relevant assumptions.(3)On the basis of the second chapter and the third chapter,theoretical analysis is carried out and a theoretical model for the micro-innovation selection mechanism is established.(4)The data of 253 SMEs in Zhejiang Province were collected through questionnaire survey.The reliability and validity analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to verify the correctness of the relevant hypotheses and theoretical models.(5)Combine the case analysis and empirical analysis results from the theoretical and practical levels,and propose corresponding countermeasures.The main conclusions of this study are:the breadth of enterprise knowledge base has a positive impact on the choice of imitation micro-innovation,the depth of enterprise knowledge base has a positive impact on the choice of autonomous micro-innovation,and the level of enterprise knowledge base has a positive impact on the choice of continuous micro-innovation;The level of sex has a positive impact on the choice of autonomous micro-innovation.The level of structural embedding has a positive impact on the imitation micro-innovation choice and the continuous micro-innovation choice;the level of relationship embedding positively affects the depth of the enterprise’s knowledge base,and the level of structural embedding is positive.It affects the breadth of knowledge base of the enterprise;the depth of knowledge base has a complete mediating effect on the influence of the level of embeddedness of the firm’s relationship on the choice of autonomous micro-innovation.The breadth of knowledge base has the influence of the embedded level of the firm’s structure on the choice of imitative micro-innovation.Partial mediation;entrepreneurialism negatively regulates the impact of the level of structural embedding of firms on the imitation of micro-innovative choices.The research conclusions verify the influence of the internal knowledge base and external network embedding on the choice of micro-innovation types of enterprises,and provide theoretical support and decision-making reference for the micro-innovation type selection of SMEs. |
