The Yongfeng Shuijiang Provincial Nature Reserve is located in Yongfeng County, the geographical location is 115°41 '30 "E-115°44' 40" E,26°54 '35 "N-26°54' 50" N.It is an important part of Yu Shan Mountains, various types of vegetation, forest community structure of complex is a good study area.In the early stage of this study, plant background survey and community site survey were conducted in the study area, and in the later stage, data collation and analysis were mainly carried out.The methods of similarity coefficient, statistics of families, genera, species and statistics of important protected plants were selected for flora analysis of seed plants in the area; The characteristics of plant community structure and species diversity were analyzed by means of diversity index, vegetation classification and important value. The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The species is rich and the flora is complex. There are 1336 species of 657 genera and 165 families of wild seed plants in Shuijiang Nature Reserve, accounting for 82.5%,56.64% and 30% of the total species, genera and families of wild seed plants in Jiangxi Province.Among them, there are 1330 species of angiosperms in 652 genera of 160 families and 6 species of gymnosperms in 5 genera,5 families. There are 9 areal types and 9 areal variants in the family,14 areal types and 15 areal variants in the genus.2.The flora has strong transitional properties. The proportion of tropical elements in the distribution types of families and genera was 63.16% and 52.35% respectively, and the proportion of temperate elements was 36.84% and 44.8% respectively.Compared with the family, the temperate elements of the genus are increasing, while the tropical elements of the family are decreasing, which reflects the transition of the plant flora of the reserve to the temperate zone.3.There are many ancient floristic elements of origin. In the area, there are gymnosperms, such as Taxus chinensis var.mairei,Juniperus formosana, etc.left in Mesozoic;Monotypic genera, such as Bretschneidera,Sargentodoxa,Cyclocarya, etc;and more primitive family of multicarp angiosperms, such as Illiciaceae,Magnoliaceae,etc.4.There are many unique ingredients in China. There are 17 genera of Chinese endemic genera and 522 species of Chinese endemic species, accounting for 89.47% and 60.21% of Chinese endemic genera and species in Yushan Mountains,respectively.5.There are many rare and protected plants. There are altogether 37 families,61 genera and 81 species of rare protected plants, including gymnosperms,2 families,2 genera and 2species,and angiosperms,35 families,59 genera and 79 species.Nine species on the IUCN Red List of Endangered Species belong to eight families; In the Red List of Chinese species,32 species belong to 18 families. There are 10 species of national protected plants belonging to 8 families. There are 66 provincial-level protected plants belonging to 28 families.6.It has a high degree of floristic similarity with Laohunao Provincial Nature Reserve in Lean and Fuheyuan Provincial Nature Reserve in Guangchang,a high degree of floristic similarity with Tongboshan,Yangjifeng and Matoushan Nature Reserve in Wuyi Mountains, and a low degree of floristic similarity with Jinggangshan,Jiulingshan and Qiyunshan Nature Reserve in Luoxiao Mountains, which shows that the floristic characteristics of Shuijiang Nature Reserve have the floristic zonality of Wuyi Mountains.7.The vegetation in Shuijiang Nature Reserve is divided into 9 vegetation types,56 formations and 65 clusters.8.The diversity index of different vegetation types at different levels is generally shown as shrub layer > tree layer > herb layer. The order of diversity index among vegetation types was evergreen broad-leaved forest > coniferous broad-leaved mixed forest > evergreen deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest > deciduous broad-leaved forest > coniferous forest and bamboo forest, basically in line with the characteristics of succession of subtropical forest vegetation, indicating that the Shuijiang Nature Reserve has good vegetation protection and abundant hydrothermal resources.
