The equipment manufacturing industry is a general term for various manufacturing industries that provide technical equipment for national defense construction and the national economy,and is an important symbol that reflects the modernization level,industrialization level,and overall national strength of a country or region.The high-end equipment manufacturing industry belongs to the high-end part of the equipment manufacturing industry and refers to the industry that manufactures advanced industrial equipment.These equipment have the characteristics of high technology and high added value.Not only can it meet the needs of the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,but it is also essential for the development of strategic emerging industries.However,my country’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry lacks core technology and independent brands.Compared with developed countries,there is still a large gap in industrial capabilities and strength.Industryuniversity-research cooperation can effectively promote the integration of innovation resources and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in a country or region.The cooperation between the three can transfer the latest technology and knowledge of universities and scientific research institutions to enterprises,and realize the achievement of scientific and technological achievements.Productivity transformation,give full play to their respective advantages,achieve complementary advantages and promote industrial development.First of all,the paper summarizes the research status of the cooperation of production,learning and research in high-end equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research on the cooperation of production,learning and research in the domestic equipment manufacturing industry,and takes the cooperation of production,learning and research in the field of marine engineering equipment in China’s highend equipment manufacturing industry as the research object.Based on the patent data of China’s marine engineering equipment field from 1985 to 2018,this paper analyzes the geographical distribution and main body distribution of industrial university research cooperation applications by using the thematic analysis based on IPC classification number,and finds that the number of industrial university research cooperation invention patents in Beijing is far ahead of other provinces and cities,which may be related to the large number of universities and scientific research institutes in Beijing,as well as enterprise applications The proportion of human patents is far larger than that of University and scientific research institution applicants;using social network analysis and representation learning method to analyze the industry university research patent cooperation network,it is found that only a small number of applicants have close patent cooperation,and most of them are frequent cooperation within small groups,and the future cooperation between applicants is predicted to explore the most Institutions with cooperation potential provide decision support for promoting cooperation between industry,University and research institutes.In order to further promote the industry university research cooperation in the field of marine engineering equipment,the government should issue relevant policies to further encourage universities and scientific research institutions to carry out patent cooperation with various types of enterprises.Meanwhile,large enterprises should actively play their communication role in the cooperation network and accelerate the flow of technology and knowledge.
