With the extension of the functions of colleges and universities from talent cultivation,scientific research to social services,the trend of higher education,science and technology,economic integration is getting stronger and stronger.The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed to strengthen the construction of the national innovation system,and establish a technology innovation system that takes enterprises as the main body,takes the market as the guidance,and integrates enterprises,universities and research institutes.Therefore,more and more universities,research institutions and enterprises begin to pay attention to the deep integration of industry-university-research cooperation.However,due to the constraints of discipline categories and regional differences,the development of industry-university-research cooperation is unbalanced and the cooperation efficiency of some universities is low.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the good development of industry-university-research cooperation to study the influencing factors of the cooperation efficiency.Based on this,this paper,based on the status quo of industry-university-research cooperation among colleges and universities,from the perspective of research on the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation,studied the influencing factors and improvement methods of the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation among 59 universities directly under the ministry of education,so as to provide suggestions for improving the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation among colleges and universities.The main content of this paper consists of four parts.The first part selects the input and output indexes that affect the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation in universities directly under the ministry of education.In order to eliminate the over lap of data and information,factor analysis method was adopted to reduce the dimension of the index.After the factor score was processed in a positive way,two input factors and two output factors were obtained,namely,research and development input factors,financial resources and achievements of science and technology input factors,patent output factors,and technology transfer output factors.In the second part,the dynamic DEA-Malmquist index model is used to measure the efficiency.The factors influencing the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation in different years were analyzed.This paper divides the universities directly under the ministry of education into four levels and analyzes the reasons for the low efficiency of some universities.In the third part,the non-parametric test methods are used to test the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation.Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test and Jonckheere-Terpstra test were used to test the efficiency difference of four levels,three regions and four types of universities.Mann-Whitney rank sum test was carried out for "double first class" and "non-double first class" universities.In the fourth part,relevant conclusions and suggestions are obtained according to the previous contents.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)With the passage of time,the moving speed of production-university-research efficiency in universities directly under the ministry of education is not stable,and the "growth effect" is unstable;Total factor productivity increased in 47.46% of colleges and universities,and decreased in 52.54% of colleges and universities.(2)At the level of 0.01 significance,the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation decreased monotonously from the first layer to the fourth layer.(3)There is no significant difference in the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation between "double-first-class" and "non-doublefirst-class" universities.(4)According to the level of total factor productivity in different time periods of the three regions,it can be seen that the gap between the central and western regions and the eastern regions are gradually narrowing.(5)Among different types of colleges and universities,the cooperation efficiency of science colleges and universities is the highest,mainly due to the high investment of enterprises.Finally,according to the research conclusion,some suggestions are put forward which are beneficial to the development of industry-university-research cooperation.Reducing the differences between disciplines and regions and improving the mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation can provide some suggestions for improving the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of industry-universityresearch cooperation in universities.
