In the context of the global water crisis,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in China has become increasingly acute,and the problem of resource-based water shortage and water quality based water shortage in many regions has become increasingly serious.Intelligent allocation of water resources promotes sustainable utilization of water resources by coordinating water competition between nature and human society,which is of great significance for promoting green development and harmonious coexistence between humans and nature in China.This paper aims to enrich the theoretical methods and technologies of intelligent allocation of regional water resources based on previous research work,and provide scientific support for improving the coordinated water use capacity within the region and promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.The specific research content mainly includes: a framework for intelligent allocation of regional water resources based on water informatics models,an indicator system for intelligent allocation of regional water resources based on pressure state response theory,a simulation model for intelligent allocation of water resources based on fuzzy logic,a decision-making model for intelligent allocation of water resources based on deep learning,an optimization and coordination algorithm for intelligent allocation of regional water resources,and the application of intelligent allocation theory of water resources in Jiaxing City.The research results obtained in this paper mainly include:(1)A framework for intelligent allocation of regional water resources based on water informatics models has been established,including the intelligent allocation of sub regional water resources and the coordination of regional water resources;A regional water resource intelligent allocation indicator system based on pressure state response theory has been constructed,including pressure indicators,state indicators,and response indicators for regional water resource intelligent allocation;(2)A simulation model of intelligent allocation of regional water resources based on fuzzy logic is constructed.In the verification of the fuzzy logic simulation model established with the socio-economic data and water resources data of Jiaxing in 2016,the fuzzy logic simulation model is basically reliable for the simulation of water resources allocation scheme;(3)Introducing deep learning theory to construct an intelligent allocation decision model for regional water resources,the model has shown good generalization ability in testing;(4)On the basis of studying the phenomenon of ripples in nature,a new heuristic algorithm,the Ripple Algorithm,is proposed.It is tested using commonly used test functions and applied to parameter optimization examples of the Muskingen model.The comparison results between the test functions and the parameter optimization of the Muskingen model show that the Ripple Algorithm has good optimization ability in lower dimensions.(5)Taking Jiaxing City as a research example,an intelligent allocation model for water resources in Jiaxing City was constructed based on historical socio-economic data and water resource data.The intelligent allocation of water resources in Jiaxing City for the 2025 planning level year was conducted.The results showed that the intelligent allocation plan for water resources output by the established Jiaxing City water resource intelligent allocation model met the overall requirements and could provide optimized water resource allocation plans that met the expectations of decision-makers.The theory and technology of intelligent allocation of regional water resources were enriched,and new ideas and methods to solve the increasingly severe contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in the region were provided in this paper.Finally,the future research focus and development direction of intelligent allocation of regional water resources were discussed.
