| Research objective:With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the proportion of obesity in the total population i s also increasing.Nowadays,the obesity problem of college students has not been curbed,which has aroused widespread concern of the society.In the present study,HIIT is one of the training methods often used by obese people to achieve the purpose of fat reduction.In order to explore the influence of HIIT in different tissue forms on fat reduction effect of obese male college students,this study carried out HIIT intervention in different tissue forms for 12 weeks,and compared and analyzed the body shape,body composition,blood composition,body function,physical fitness and other indicators of the subjects before and after the intervention.Research methods:In this study,obese male college students of grade 2020 and grade 2021 in Yancheng Preschool Teachers College were selected as subjects and randomly divided into CON group,HIIT1 group and HIIT2 group.CON group was the control group that did not participate in any training,HIIT1 group did high-intensity interval training in sequence according to the coding sequence,and HIIT2 group did high-intensity interval training one by one according to the type of movement.The duration of this study was 12 weeks.According to the gradual principle of exercise training,the training was divided into three stages according to exercise intensity:the first stage was 1-2 weeks as the basic training stage(77-85%HRmax,RPE:14-15);The second stage 3-8 weeks is the consolidation and improvement stage(80-90%HRmax,RPE:15-16);The third stage from 9 to 12 weeks is the improvement stage(≥85%HRmax,RPE:17-20).Research results:(1)After 12 weeks of HIIT,Body weight,chest circumference,BMI,waist circumference,leg circumference,hip circumference,shoulder fold thickness,abdominal fold thickness,fat weight,TG,TC,LDC-C,HDL-C,quiet heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,lung capacity,50 meter running,standing long jump,1000 meter running and kneeling push up were all improved.Compared with before the experiment,there was a significant difference(P<0.001);Height,arm circumference,upper arm fold thickness,leg fold thickness,and seated flexion indexes were also improved,and there were significant differences compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05).Body weight,chest circumference,BMI,waist circumference,leg circumference,arm c ircumference,shoulder fold thickness,abdominal fold thickness,upper arm fold thickness,leg fold thickness,fat weight,TG,TC,LDC-C,HDL-C,quiet heart rate,diastolic pressure,lung capacity,50m running,standing long jump,sitting forward bend,1000m running and kneeling of subjects in HIIT2 group all push-ups indexes were improved,and compared with those before the experiment,there was a very significant difference(P<0.001);The waist-hip ratio and systolic blood pressure of subjects in HIIT2 group were also improved,and there were significant differences compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05).All indexes of subjects in CON group were not significantly improved,among which body weight,BMI,chest circumference,waist circumference,leg circumference,greater leg fold thickness,scapular fold thickness,abdominal fold thickness,fat weight,TC,HDL-C,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure tended to worsen,and there were significant differences compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of HIIT,there were significant differences in the changes of leg circumference and large leg fold thickness between group 1 and group 2(P<0.001),there were significant differences in the changes of standing long jump performance(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the changes of other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusions:High intensity interval exercise is an effective way to lose fat and improve physical fitness.Obese male college students can alternately adopt the two high-intensity interval training methods in this study as a safe and effective way to reduce fat mass and improve physical fitness,body function and blood composition.Among them,the high-intensity interval training group performed one by one by movement type had more advantages in reducing the thigh circumference and thigh fold thickness of obese boys than the group performed in sequence by coding.If obese male college students want to reduce the thigh circumference and thigh skin fold thickness and improve the standing long jump performance while reducing fat,it is suggested to adopt the high-intensity interval training method according to the action types in this study. |
