| Research objective: With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the basic contradictions of Chinese society have changed.With the improvement of living standards,there are more and more people with high body fat and obesity,which is on the rise year by year.Especially in first-tier cities,mainly municipalities directly under the Central Government,the number of obese children has increased by 4-5 times over the past decade.With the development and popularization of quality education,the study pressure of teenagers,mainly middle and high school students,is getting bigger and bigger.Sitting for a long time,staying up late and eating late also leads to an increasing number of obese people.There are many factors contributing to obesity,such as family inheritance,environmental problems,eating habits and so on.The main harm of obesity is that it will cause the abnormal metabolism of the human body,increase the burden of the heart,liver and other organs,and thus increase the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension,metabolic diseases such as diabetes,fatty liver disease,tumors and other chronic non-communicable diseases.Among the known results,aerobic exercise has the greatest effect on changes in body fat and cardiopulmonary endurance,while anaerobic exercise has a greater effect on strength and overall skeletal muscle dimensions.So what is the weight loss effect of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise? and our experiment is aimed at finding the most effective way to lose weight.Research Methods: In this study,In response to the national quarantine policy(check the nucleic acid results 24 hours before entering the camp)the "Flash Thin" summer full-closed weight loss training camp launched by F Concept Fitness Company in Xi ’an was taken as the research base,and obese female college students(Shanxi Normal University,Northwest University,Chang ’an University)aged 17 to 21 with BMI over 30 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group(anti-resistance combined with aerobic exercise group)and control group(pure aerobic exercise group),with 32 people in each group.The frequency of training is 70 minutes four times a week,and the length of the training cycle is 60 days.Get up at eight o ’clock every morning,nucleic acid testing、wash、weigh the collective reading of weight loss declaration,eat breakfast at ten o’clock,start training at eleven o ’clock on time;In the afternoon and evening,I watched documentaries,weight-loss training videos and diet and nutrition special films,arranged lunch,dinner and chess and card entertainment room free activities in the middle,stopped all activities at half past ten to read the declaration of weight loss,and turned off the lights at eleven o ’clock on time.On body composition before and after the experiment(body weight、 body fat rate、visceral fat、basal metabolism、BMI),the body form(arm circumference、waist、leg circumference、X/O leg、hunched shoulders),physical(power、speed、endurance、flexibility、quiet heart rate、vital capacity),blood pressure(high pressure、low pressure),five items of blood lipid(total cholesterol、triglyceride、high density Lipoprotein cholesterol、low density lipoprotein cholesterol、and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol)were measured before and after each training cycle for a total of four times for two months.Results :(1)after one month of training,there were no significant differences in weight,arm circumference,leg circumference and waist circumference between the experimental group and the control group,that is,P>0.05.After one month of training,there were significant differences in BMI,visceral fat,basal metabolism and body fat percentage between the experimental group and the control group,that is,P<0.05.After one month of training,there were no significant differences in resting heart rate,high pressure,low pressure and vital capacity between the experimental group and the control group,that is,P>0.05.After one month of training,there were no significant differences in total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol between the experimental group and the control group,that is,P>0.05.After one month of training,there were significant differences in strength,speed,endurance and flexibility between the experimental group and the control group,that is,P<0.05.In the experimental group,32 people had hunchback round shoulders before the experiment,21 people had hunchback round shoulders after training,and11 people completely corrected the hunchback round shoulders.In the control group,32 people had hunchback round shoulder before the experiment,27 people had hunchback round shoulder after training,and 5 people completely corrected the hunchback round shoulder.(2)After two months of training,there were significant differences in weight,arm circumference,leg circumference and waist circumference between the experimental group and the control group except leg circumference,that is,P<0.05.After two months of training,there were significant differences in BMI,basal metabolism and body fat percentage between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01),and significant differences in visceral fat between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After two months of training,there were significant differences in resting heart rate,high pressure,low pressure and vital capacity between the experimental group and the control group,that is,P<0.05.After two months of training,there were significant differences in total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol between the experimental group and the control group,that is,P<0.05,while there were no significant differences in triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol between the experimental group and the control group,that is,P>0.05.After two months of training,there were significant differences in strength and endurance between the experimental group and the control group,that is,P<0.05,and significant differences in speed and flexibility,that is,P<0.01.After 2 months of training: after 1month of training,23 of the experimental group had either X or O legs.After 2months of training,only 9 had X or O legs and 14 had completely corrected X or O legs.In the control group,28 had X or O legs after 1 month of training,22 had X or O legs after 2 months of training,and 6 had completely corrected X or O legs.In the experimental group,21 of them had hunchback round shoulders after one month of training,6 of them had hunchback round shoulders after two months of training,and16 of them completely corrected the hunchback round shoulders.In the control group,27 of them had hunchback round shoulders after one month of training,21 of them had hunchback round shoulders after two months of training,and 6 of them had completely corrected the hunchback round shoulders.Conclusion :(1)the effect of reducing arm circumference,leg circumference and waist circumference in anti-resistance combined with aerobic exercise group is greater than that in aerobic exercise group.(2)The reduction effect of body weight,body fat percentage,BMI value,body fat percentage and visceral fat in the anti-resistance combined with aerobic exercise group was greater than that in the aerobic exercise group alone.(3)The effect of anti-resistance combined with aerobic exercise on reducing high pressure,low pressure,resting heart rate and vital capacity was greater than that of the aerobic exercise group alone.(4)The effect of anti-resistance combined aerobic exercise group on reducing total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol was greater than that of aerobic exercise group alone,and the effect of increasing HDL cholesterol was greater than that of aerobic exercise group alone.(5)The effect of resistance combined with aerobic exercise on physical quality(strength,speed,endurance,flexibility)was greater than that of the simple aerobic exercise group.(6)The effect of anti-resistance combined with aerobic exercise group on posture alignment(X/O legs and hunched shoulders)was greater than that of the simple aerobic exercise group. |
