| Objective: This paper takes the obese youth as the research object,based on the fully closed "weight loss camp" mode,mainly through functional aerobic impedance training,supplemented by the formulation of the scientific weight loss scheme of "scientific diet + health education",analyzes the scientific weight loss scheme suitable for the weight loss population,and guides the healthy weight loss of obese people on the premise of ensuring the health of obese people.Research Methods: Through the methods of literature,interview,case analysis,questionnaire,observation and experiment,60 students aged15-18 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,including 30 in the experimental group(15 males and 15 females);There were 30 people in the control group(15 men and 15 women).Under the same external conditions,such as diet and accommodation,the physical quality data of the two groups of students after the experiment were compared.Research results:After four weeks of experiment,there was significant difference in body weight between the men’s group.The average value of the experimental group(-8.14)was significantly higher than that of the control group(-10.61).There was significant difference in BMI.The average value of the experimental group(-2.63)was significantly higher than that of the control group(-3.46);After four weeks,the waist hip ratio of the women group showed a difference.The average value of the experimental group(-0.03)was significantly lower than that of the control group(-0.02).The average muscle content of the experimental group(-2.61)was significantly higher than that of the control group(-3.34).Conclusion:1.Obesity directly endangers people’s health,and there are many reasons for obesity.Therefore,weight loss needs the help of scientific means.On the basis of ensuring health,it can realize healthy weight loss by changing the original exercise mode,eating habits and work and rest habits.2.Weight loss should be based on health.In a fully enclosed environment,significant weight loss effect can be achieved through joint intervention of functional aerobic resistance training,nutrition and health education.3.In the weight loss program of "aerobic resistance training +scientific diet + health education" in a fully closed environment,the diet should be balanced and dominated by medium energy,so as to provide guarantee for successful weight loss.4.In a fully enclosed environment,functional aerobic training,combined with nutrition and health education,can increase the basic metabolic rate of dieters,help dieters develop good weight loss methods and exercise habits,no adverse reactions and no rebound after weight loss. |
