| This project examines the problems, risks and costs associated with paper-based records management systems and then goes on to propose an alternative storage solution. The alternative incorporates the development of a comprehensive records management policy and retention schedule with an electronic storage system. The project also incorporates a comprehensive strategy for implementing an electronic records storage system, including a sample management presentation with cost estimates, tools for developing the record retention schedule, software and vendor selection criteria. |
