| This thesis presents the spacecraft docking emulation test-bed using hardware-in-the loop simulation (ILS) developed at the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), and the method used for its verification.; The first part of this project involved the verification and improvement of the docking simulator in aim of its complete validation. This was carried out initially by analyzing each individual subsystem of the docking simulator, followed by the analysis of its overall behaviour in numerical simulation mode with a contact model. Errors within the simulator, which had snore or less influence on the results, were located and subsequently corrected.; The second part of the project consisted in the verification of the spacecraft docking emulation test-bed.
