Along with China’s space construction strategy of three steps going forward, in the next few years, the docking mechanism of docking lock system will be increasing in demand, but the process of precision assembly and commissioning of the docking mechanism still used relatively backward means such as single-point static measurement、human distance measurement technology, resulting in product assembly process is complex, the quality is not stability, too long assembly time, low efficiency, human factors and so on, has become the bottleneck problems of construction of our country’s space, how to solve the existing problems in assembly and debugging technology has become a pressing matter of the moment. In this paper, study of docking lock system of wire rope hanging dynamic measurement technology and locking hook spacing computer vision measurement technology provided a new idea to solve the problem.Firstly, in view of the line dynamic measurement problem of wire rope that mainly influencing the quality of products, it developed dynamic tension rope line detector. It selected transformational force measurement structure. Through finite element analysis of stress deformation of elastomer, it determined the paste location of strain gauges. By calibration experiments, it developed the measurement accuracy of tension detector effectively, that can meet the product requirements of alignment accuracy specifications.Secondly, in view of the problem of the human measurement, by measuring technology of computer vision, it provided a new measurement means,developed a universal measuring platform and visual measuring device, the measuring device can effectively measured the locking hook spacing, ensured the synchrony of the product, and improved the alignment accuracy and efficiency.Thirdly, this paper introduced the design of the measurement system integration solutions, which mainly discussed and assured the composition of the overall structure of the system and its topological relations and designed its software program framework, then,it introduced control software interface and operational procedures, analyzing, testing and calibrating accuracy deviation to realize requirements of long-term use and maintenance.Finally, the development of the measuring device is applied to the actual assembly process, through three experiments to verify the whole measurement system, the experimental data indicates that the system run steadily and meet the use requirements.
