"Loan Assistance" business has been developing in China for more than 10 years.In recent years,"P2P" lending business,which has been described as a "loan assistance" business,has continues to experience "thunderstorm" Crackdown.Many "P2P" companies have repeatedly proposed to transform into pure "lending" institutions based on the rectification documents proposed by the government and many large financial institutions as well as non-financial institutions have joined in this road.Also,"lending business" has drawn the attention of a growing number of sophisticated financial technology companies and practitioners.With the participation of these great companies and individuals,the “loan assistance” business will be able to serve the society in a more professional and effective manner,and be recognized and accepted by the society.“Loan Assistance” business has entered an important stage of transformation and development,and will become the inevitable business for companies' development in the future,so relevant research on the industry seems more important.This article takes the sales team of company A's “Loan Assistance" business sector as the research object,and takes the human resource management problems as the research content.Based on the core theoretical basis of human resource management and combined with the theoretical knowledge of related subjects such as sales management and organizational behavior,this article studies and analysis the human resource management of company A's "Loan Assistance" business sector in great details.The author uses the observation method,the literature method,and focuses on the combination of employee interviews and related work experience.Aiming at company A's "Loan Assistance" business sector,the analysis of the current human resource management situation only focuses on its existing organizational structure,personnel recruitment,and personnel Research on five aspects of training,performance management,and employee motivation.Finally,corresponding solutions were proposed to solve the above problems,hoping to increase the business sales scale and sales profit of company A's "Loan Assistance" business sector.The research line of this article is as follows: First,PEST and other related activities were carried out on the "Loan Assistance" industry in order to make readers who may be unfamiliar with the industry environment more able to grasp the situation of the industry.At the same time,the historical evolution of the “Loan Assistance” sector of company A was carried out,combing the analysis of Porter's five forces model to show the relative position of the company's related business segments in the industry.Then through the five aspects of organizational structure,recruitment,training,performance,and incentives in the human resource management of the "Loan Assistance" business sales team of A company,the problems were explored and sorted out,and finally,specific solutions were provided based on the specific problems in the above five aspects.The research results of the article not only solve the related problems of human resource management for the sales team of company A's “Loan Assistance” business,but also provide some practical significance for the “Loan Assistance” industry that is developing rapidly but has not yet been paid attention to by the theoretical research field.
