With the further intensified about complexity and variability of the problems faced by modern enterprises,due to the limitations on personal horizon,knowledge,experience and energy,Mastering the information is restricted,and dealing with the work independently is more difficult,solo has been unable to adapt to the changing market environment.In this context,the team came into being.Research on team creativity has also become a hot spot,and there are many research results.But,there are few studies on the impact of human resource management practice(HRMP)and team implicit coordination on team creativity.Therefore,this paper explores HRMP and its four dimensions,training development,salary and welfare,work planning,employment protection on team creativity,and the intermediary effect of team implicit coordination.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the concept definition,measurement dimension and other research results of HRMP,team implicit coordination and team creativity,the technical innovation team of the advantages of technological innovation team in Jiangxi Province as the main research object,using SPSS17.0 software to expand empirical analysis on the effective data obtained by survey,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)HRMP and its four dimensions are positively related to team creativity,and in four dimensions,training development and work planning have greater impact on team creativity;(2)HRMP and its four dimensions have a significant positive impact on the team implicit coordination,and the training development has a greater impact on the team implicit coordination;(3)The team implicit coordination plays a partial intermediary role on HRMP,training development and team creativity,and plays the full intermediary role on salaries and benefits,work planning,employment security and team creativity.
