Purpose: Through the results of literature research and questionnaire survey,we had decided the EAP service model,service content and factors affecting the implementation of EAP,establish a set of EAP that can be applied to the Company A..The EAP implementation system promotes the promotion and implementation of EAP in the new drug research and development enterprises.It helps employees solve family problems,eases the pressure on employees,helps pharmaceutical companies to retain talents,train talents,and improve human resources management in pharmaceutical companies,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Content: This paper combines the characteristics of “high investment,long cycle and high risk” of pharmaceutical enterprises,and starts from the EAP theoretical,explains the necessity of EAP implementation in Company A,and implements EAP for Company A.Through analysis feasibility and demand,we decide the EAP service model,design service content and discover factors affecting the implementation of EAP for new drug research and development enterprises,a set of EAP that can be applied to the Company A.Method:(1)Literature analysisThis research uses literature analysis methods to extensively collect the basic concepts,principles,service models and contents,and influencing factors of EAP in recent years.The development history,service content and demand analysis of EAP,as well as in the enterprise.A deeper understanding of the implementation.It has accumulated advanced research results at home and abroad and laid a solid theoretical foundation for the implementation of EAP in Company A.At the same time,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the employees of Company A,and the first-hand information is obtained as much as possible.(2)Questionnaire surveyIn this study,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the basic information of employees,employees' perception of stress,employees' needs and cognition of EAP,and a depression scale for investigating employees' depression by using a flow adjustment center.Through the above methods to obtain first-hand information,and on this basis,carefully analyze the data of the survey questionnaire,so as to grasp the status and laws of human resource management of domestic pharmaceutical companies,and provide support for EAP's exploration.(3)Face-to-face interviewThrough on-the-spot interviews with company A managers,we have a general understanding of the specific situation of A company's human resources;not only understand the perceptions and perceptions of A company managers on EAP,but also provide for the development of subsequent papers and analysis of results.Richer material,(4)SPSS 20.0 statistical software and Excel softwareThis study used the method of one-way analysis of variance in SPSS 20.0 statistical software to analyze the demographic differences of employees' mental health status,combined with Excel software to analyze the basic information of employees,the statistics of employees' total stress sources,and the employees' various lives.Statistical analysis of the overall feeling of the event.Through the above methods,the data of the survey questionnaire was carefully analyzed,so as to grasp the status and laws of human resource management in domestic pharmaceutical companies,and provided a strong support for the exploration and application of EAP in Company A.Conclusion: Through the results of literature research and questionnaire survey,we had decided the EAP service model,service content and factors affecting the implementation of EAP,and the specific implementation steps are explored.establish a set of EAP implementation system that can be applied to the Company A..Significance: This paper is an in-depth study of the application model of Company A from theory and practice.Trying to apply EAP in the pharmaceutical industry.From the general theoretical level to the specific practical application of Company A,this it is an extension and expansion of the theory,enriching the theoretical content of EAP implementation,and making up for the gap in the pharmaceutical industry for employee assistance programs.At the same time,it has pointed out the direction for the specific implementation of EAP in pharmaceutical companies,promoted the promotion and implementation of EAP in pharmaceutical companies,promoted the development of innovative drugs and the development of the pharmaceutical industry,and provided efficient human resources security system for risk management in new drug development and new drug listing in pharmaceutical companies.
