In today's market environment,the enterprises have to expand their business as fast as possible in order to occupy more market share and the dominant position of the business.The trade-off and transformation of business is the core of enterprise development strategy.The enterprise human resource strategy is one of the important components of the enterprise development strategy.In the face of the transformation of the business,the human resource system is also facing the challenge of the transformation.This paper takes ABE company as the research object,according to the change of its target market,in order to achieve the strategic goal,all functional departments should cooperate with each other.Through the statistical analysis of separation rate and interviews with employees who have left in the past year,it reflects that the personnel of ABE company's business team is not stability.According to the content of the interview feedback,the questionnaire is designed to survey the existing team.Through the analysis of the survey results,it reflects that there are serious management problems in the business team.The main reason is that the business manager concentrates on the completion of tasks and neglects the human resources management.Through the construction of human resources business partners,it can help to solve personnel management problems in the team,make business managers more focused on goals and tasks,and create the basis for the transformation of human resources system.ABE company's human resources organizational structure has different needs for personnel skills in different transition periods.Through the role orientation of human resources business partners in different periods,this paper is including that the analyzing of their job skills requirements,identifying the source of talents,finding out their post objectives,designing their on-the-job training courses and building a multi-channel career development path in order to establish long-term cooperative relations,and provide talent reserves for future transformation through talent inventory and echelon construction.ABE company effectively improves the stability of employees by building human resources business partnership,which provides the premise and basis for the realization of strategic objectives and the transformation of human resources organizational structure,which has reference significance for other retail companies.
