| With the rapid expansion of urban construction,major cities in China have entered the "subway era"".Urban rail industry employees generally suffer greater pressure due to their strong work intensity,heavy security responsibility,high concentration of attention during the work period and closed work environment.Both studies have shown that high strength pressure will have a negative impact on people’s emotional state,professional ability,work performance will be reduced,while the majority of members of the lack of ability of self adjustment and solve the work life conflict so how staff stress management become the city rail transit enterprises imminent needs to solve the problem.Employee assistance program(EAP)is introduced for staff to respond to the pressure and ease of management in modern enterprises at home and abroad,through the assessment,consulting,training and treatment services,create a good internal and external work environment for employees,relieve their pressure and psychological problems,so as to improve the performance of employees,improve organizational efficiency.This article is in this background,taking XM company as the research object,using the method of literature research,questionnaire etc.the definition and analysis of the pressure and working pressure,EAP concept and content;the main investigation for key positions in driving XM employees stressors,project demand,finally the formation of the program design of EAP project,and according to the project implementation and comparison analysis is proposed to improve the attention,thinking and exploration in order to effectively promote and enhance the level of enterprise human resources management mode and method. |
