Along with the acceleration of the process of globalization the fast process of the multinational business, cross-culture team arises at the historic moment. The cross-cultural team management issues are becoming increasingly widespread attention. As new things, the team psychological empowerment is becoming western organizational behavior and human resource management field research hot spot problem. Although the domestic and foreign team climate and team performance relationship studies have inquiry out some relevant variable relationship, but there is no literature analysis based on team psychological empowerment perspective. This article tries to prove the relationship between team climate and team performance with the mediating effect of team psychology empowerment in cross-culture teams.At present, the research on team psychology empowerment mechanism is rare and this paper is just a preliminary study on it. Firstly, in reading based on amount of literature, this paper clear the research ideas and research methods, put forward the research hypothesis and constructs the theoretical model. Secondly, it has carried on the questionnaire survey based on cross-culture team. Then, it discussed the relationship between team psychological empowerment, team climate and team performance through the analysis of the dates from361valid samples, and come to the following four main conclusions:Team climate has significant impact on team performance; Team climate has positive impact on team psychological empowerment; Team psychological empowerment has positive impact on team performance; Team psychological empowerment has the intermediary effect between team climate and team performance.At the same time, the population statistics variable has impact on the research variable. Finally, summaried the date analysis results and came to the conclusions of this paper and the enlightenment about cross-culture teams, pointed out the direction of future research.
