With the further deepening of global economic integration,cooperation and exchanges between countries and regions become more frequent.Many enterprises choose to develop across regions,and their demand for business travel services is increasingly strong.Therefore,third-party business travel companies have gained a broad space for development.Professional travel companies can provide enterprises with better services,while conducive to cost control and time saving.In this context,some developed countries in Europe and the United States business travel companies have developed rapidly.In the meantime,domestic business travel market also begins to develop gradually.By 2015,the domestic business travel market has reached the peak of development and become the largest business travel market in the world.Many enterprises enter this market and continuously improve their professional service capabilities to provide high-quality services for demanders,which further intensifies the market competition.YH company was founded in 2010,as one of the earliest domestic suppliers provide business travel services,after years of development,has certain resources advantages,independent research and development at the same time the business service platform,the air tickets,accommodation,transport,insurance,reimbursement and other integrate all resources,to provide one-stop service enterprises,the company obtained the certain development.However,in the past few years,the company had some problems in the market,service operation and operation management,which made the company's operating performance poor.In such a fierce industry competition environment,how to formulate the company's strategic plan to promote the rapid development of the company is an urgent problem to be solved.Taking YH Company as the research object,this thesis deeply analyzes its internal and external environment,existing problems and causes,and puts forward specific development strategic planning and guarantee measures.First of all,a simple elaborated in this thesis the research background,significance,methods,literature review,etc.,secondly,using a variety of tools for industry macro environment,competition situation has carried on the comprehensive analysis,has been clear about the advantages and disadvantages in the course of development,the company strategic target,and then puts forward some concrete measures for guaranteeing the,including optimization techniques,perfect marketing system,hr system and so on.It is hoped that the research of this thesis can promote the company to achieve faster development and provide reference for the development of this industry.
