Tourism has evolved into one of the largest industries in the world. Tourism has become an effective breakthrough point and important breakthrough to achieve economic take-off and sustainable development in many countries. From the beginning of the rise of tourism, which is connected with innovation, innovation is an indispensable factor to promote the sustainable development of tourism.Based on service innovation theory and service marketing theory, this paper adopts the method of combining qualitative research and quantitative analysis. Through macro and micro analysis on the development of China’s tourism industry and customized travel development. Su Yashi(Beijing) tourism and business consulting company(hereinafter referred to as SYS company)as the research object.
