As the economy continues to develop and the company's competition intensifies,it is imperative to implement strategic management in order to remain invincible in the competition,followed by the implementation of a measurable performance management system to ensure the company's strategy Implementation.Long-term practice has proved that several proven performance measurement tools in performance management,such as balanced scorecards,can help them effectively implement their corporate strategies.This article investigates XA City Investment Corporation and discusses the key factors for designing a performance management system optimization plan with clear objectives based on the company's strategic analysis and successful implementation of the performance management system.This article starts with the background and significance of the research,analyzes the theories and research related to performance management at home and abroad,and defines related concepts.The performance measurement tools used in this article are introduced in detail,such as balanced scorecards and key performance indicator management tools..Secondly,it introduces the background of XA Construction Investment Co.,Ltd.referred to as "XA City Investment Company",and analyzes the status of XA City Investment Company's human resource management configuration and performance management from the perspective of XA City Investment Company's business strategy through literature and questionnaire survey.Analysis of existing problems and causes.By analyzing the company's strategic objectives and making detailed quantitative decomposition,the performance management objectives of XA City Investment Corporation were formulated based on the decomposition results.Finally,it provides a comprehensive set of performance management methods and theories,including balanced scorecards,key performance indicators,and target management for existing problems.These levels include three levels: senior,intermediate,and ordinary employees.It is used to establish and promote a performance management system consistent with the company's development strategy,promote the company's continuous growth,and escort sustainable development.This article provides logical thinking and research ways to ask questions,analyze problems,solve problems,and apply performance management theory to the company's actual work based on the company's actual situation.The purpose is to track and find specific solutions to improve the level of enterprise management.It is expected that the improved performance management system will have special inspiration and reference for the company and similar domestic companies.
