With the advent of the Internet age,our way of life is gradually changed by the Internet,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for enterprises.In recent years,the competition in my country's e-commerce industry has been fierce,in the context of the Internet era.Only by continuous innovation and continuous development can each enterprise realize its sustainable development.If an enterprise wants to maximize value,it must rationally allocate its own human,material,financial,information and other resources,plan its production and operation activities in advance,and effectively organize,direct,coordinate and control this series of activities to ensure orderly to achieve maximum input-output efficiency.Having a scientific and reasonable performance management system is a necessary condition to enhance the competitiveness of an enterprise.The balanced scorecard can guide S company to a clear development direction.Any company can maintain its competitiveness in the industry only if it has a clear long-term development direction.As an e-commerce-based company,S company has more influencing factors than other industries,such as operating methods,fields,and influencing factors.The traditional performance appraisal method focuses on measuring the performance of the company through financial indicators.Can`t reflect the impact of various factors on the development of the enterprise.The balanced scorecard can not only be used as a performance management tool,but also a strategic management tool.It uses a clear performance appraisal system to draw a set of strategic maps for the company,so as to intuitively see the progress of the company`s strategic goals Happening.This article takes S ecommerce companies as the research object,analyzes the current performance appraisal problems of S company,and then uses the balanced scorecard to redesign a new performance appraisal system for the company.By reading a large number of domestic and foreign documents,the author built a performance system for S company based on the balanced scorecard.The first chapter of this article first introduces the background,significance and methods of the research,and sorts out the research status of the balanced scorecard at home and abroad,and then the literature review is carried out.The second chapter narrates the related concepts of performance appraisal,and introduce the related theory of balanced scorecard,then it analyzes theadvantages and disadvantages of the balanced scorecard.The third chapter describes the basic information of S company,the current evaluation method,and finds the problems in the current evaluation.It is concluded that the problem of S company is the unreasonable selection of performance evaluation indicators,which leads to the performance evaluation system and S company.The strategic goals are not closely linked.Chapter 4 builds the performance appraisal system of S company based on the balanced scorecard,selects new appraisal indicators and draws a set of strategic maps.Chapter 5 establishes safeguard measures for the newly constructed assessment system to ensure the operability of this system.Chapter VI summarizes and looks forward to the whole article.S company is one of the giants of e-commerce in my country.Researching and analyzing its performance management system will provide certain reference significance and reference value for the development of other industries.I believe that through the author`s discussion,this set of performance management system based on the balanced scorecard will provide certain help for the S company to achieve its strategic goals.
