Medicine circulation industry is to promote the economic development of our country,to maintain the health of the people's livelihood "sunrise industry",has the broad prospects at the same time,also face the cruel competition.Medicine circulation enterprises have to own a higher management level to an impregnable position in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry.So the enterprise need a scientific performance evaluation system to improve the management level.At present,although the performance evaluation has been widely used in enterprises,but there are still strategic objectives are not clear,too much emphasis on financial performance evaluation,In order to solve the problems of performance evaluation,this article will HJ pharmaceutical company as an example,the introduction of the balanced scorecard of the performance evaluation of the scientific way,make the performance evaluation based on Strategic vision,balance enterprise financial indicators and non-financial indicators,realize the stable and healthy development.This article is divided into five chapters altogether.The first chapter is introduction,introduces the main content of the selected topic background and research significance,research methods and innovation points,and lists the research results at home and abroad.The second chapter of the balanced scorecard and elaborates the related theory of performance evaluation.The third chapter analyzes the HJ pharmaceutical companies,the main defect of current performance evaluation way and explain the necessity and possibility of the introduction of the balanced scorecard.The fourth chapter is the balanced scorecard performance evaluation in the application of HJ pharmaceutical company.Determine the company's overall strategic goals first,and then according to the strategic goal to select different dimensions of evaluation indexes,constructing the performance evaluation system on the level of the company;And on the basis of conform to the company's overall strategic objectives,in combination with each department job responsibilities,performance evaluation system on the level of design department;Finally for the performance evaluation result feedback and put forward the improvement plan,performance evaluation implementing securitymeasures are put forward.The fifth chapter is on a summary to this article research conclusion,analysis of the deficiencies and prospects in the process of writing.This article hope through the balanced scorecard performance evaluation in HJ pharmaceutical company shall,for the company to introduce a new and scientific mode of performance evaluation;Help the company to achieve its strategic vision,the company's core competitiveness,to achieve short-term interests and long-term development of the overall consideration;And application of the balanced scorecard to provide ideas for other industry company.
