As commercial banks grow faster and faster,competition among peers is intensifying.This is mainly due to the development of Internet Finance and interest rate liberalization.The financial industry has an important position in the national economy,because of its own particularity,that is,the modern economy is a market economy,in essence it is the developed currency credit economy or the financial economy,and the financial industry plays a regulatory role in the development of modern economy,and the healthy development of commercial banks is the development of the financial industry in a certain degree.Commercial banks are directly involved in the theme of market economy activities,and monetary policy is also an important medium for currency circulation.Under the situation that commercial banks attach importance to business performance and continuous expansion,performance management in banks is becoming more and more prominent.Taking commercial bank A as an example,this paper analyzes the specific situation of the performance evaluation system of commercial bank A,and analyzes how to build an effective performance evaluation system according to the actual situation.Through the use of literature review,case analysis and analytic hierarchy process,the mother in law and daughter-in-law of the Balanced Scorecard in commercial bank A are divided into five parts:first,the introduction of the purpose,significance,content and method of the study is the precondition for the following research.Secondly,it compares the performance evaluation methods used by domestic and foreign banks and analyzes the relationship between performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,and combines the characteristics of commercial banks to determine the important position of the Balanced Scorecard for the performance evaluation system,and then through the commercial bank A,combined with its internal reality.The evaluation system of the bank is established through analytic hierarchy process(AHP).This system is based on the strategic objectives of the commercial bank A,and then carries out the goal layer by layer to all the departments and staff of the bank,and evaluates the impact of the system on the internal effects of the bank.Finally,it is pointed out that the guarantee measures of the A performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard are hoped to promote the healthy development of the commercial bank A.,to achieve continuous improvement of performance evaluation scheme to.At present,commercial banks have not yet perfected the performance evaluation mechanism,and the effective performance evaluation system can promote the development of commercial banks.The balanced scorecard has broken the limitation of the traditional performance evaluation,and transforms the strategic target of the bank into a specific and visible management process to a greater extent,and has a very strong operability.It is of great significance to promote the rapid and healthy development of commercial banks and combine bank performance with strategy.
