Rural financial institutions are an important part of China's banking industry.With the continuous expansion and reform of rural financial institutions recently,the rural commercial banks have become the leader in rural financial institutions,and occupy a large share.X Rural Commercial Bank is a local bank that is based on the local community,serves the community,and supports small agricultural branches.It plays an important role in the development of the local economy.With the deepening of the reform of Internet finance and the banking industry,competition between banks is becoming increasingly fierce,and the demand for talents of enterprises is becoming more prominent.The competition between enterprises has gradually changed from the competition of capital to the competition of talents.The frequent brain drain in recent years has exposed the problems and shortcomings of X Rural Commercial Bank's human resources management,which seriously affects the sustainable development of X Rural Commercial Bank.Based on the brain drain phenomenon of X Rural Commercial Bank,this paper introduces the research background and theoretical and practical significance.Starting from the human resource structure and brain drain status,investigating in depth with four methods such as literature research,questionnaire,interview and data analysis,and summarizing and analyzing the causes of brain drain.Combining domestic and foreign research and learning related cases,the author proposes solutions from the three aspects of employee personal level,human resource management level,and corporate strategic management level.Suggestions for improving the needs of employees' material and spiritual,the talent reserve system,the salary performance system,the incentive mechanisms,the career planning and training for employee,the promotion channels,the corporate culture,and the early warning mechanisms for brain drain.This paper hopes to ease the problem of frequent brain drain of X Rural Commercial Bank through these solutions,and provide some useful references for other rural commercial banks or other related enterprises so that they can seize the advantages in talent competition and optimize human resource management.
