As we all know, rural land transfer is widely accepted as an effective means to promote moderate scale management of land, promote the transfer of labor force, and realize the development of small-scale farming to agricultural modernization. At present,China's rural land transfer is accelerating as a whole, and the transferred land scale is gradually expanding. With the development of non-agricultural employment of rural labor, the problems of "who will cultivate the land" and "how to plant the land" in the future are becoming more and more severe in China's rural areas. The trend of "non grain" cultivation is constantly threatening food security in China. As one of the main grain producing areas,Shandong Province should pay more attention to the tendency of "non grain" planting in the process of developing moderate scale management. Therefore, this paper combs the influencing factors of farmers' decision-making of "non grain" planting and the influence of land transfer on farmers' behavior of "non grain" planting in the survey area of Shandong Province. The study of these problems is helpful to understand the influencing factors of "non grain" planting decision-making in Shandong Province and to be alert to the "non grain" planting behavior in the phase of land rental. This paper takes the land transfer of Shandong Province, which is located in the main grain producing area,as the research object.Firstly,it defines the farmland transfer and the "non grain" planting behavior and introduces the related theoretical basis, then analyzes the current situation of the land transfer in the sample area;secondly,it uses the logit model and fractional response model to empirically study the influencing factors of the "non grain" planting behavior of farmland;and then uses logit model to empirically study the impact of land transfer on "non grain" planting behavior based on the panel data constructed by household's owned parcel and rent-in parcel;then uses fractional response model to analyze the impact of farmers' transfer-in scale on farmers' planting structure, and analyzes the heterogeneity of the impact of different transfer scale on food planting structure. In the part of influencing factors of "non grain" planting behavior, the results show that: the variables of whether farmers transfer land or not, risk cognition of land transfer, farmers' cognition of their own farming technology,non-agricultural experience, whether to join cooperatives or not have different positive effects on "non grain" planting decision-making.When the other variables are controlled to a certain degree, the positive effect of joining cooperatives on the cultivation of cash crops is greatest; The quantity of agricultural labor force and the distance between the residence and the township have different degree of negative influence on the "non-grain" planting decision. In the research section of the impact of land transfer-in on "non-grain" farming practices of farmers, the results show that: on the plot level, farmers tend to grow cash crops on the transferred plot, indicating that on the plot level, compared with their own contracted land, farmers' tendency to grow cash crops on transferred land is significant. At the level of farmers, the scale of land rental does not affect the proportion of grain crop area sown non-linearly..For large-scale transfer-in group,a higher transfer-in scale will increase the propensity to grow grain;for large-scale transfer-in group,it will reduce the proportion of cash crop cultivation than small-scale counterpart.
