Rural land transfer is an important social and economic phenomenon in China’s rural areas. It is not only related to the overall structure and change of land supply, but also related to the process of urbanization and industrialization, and more related to the livelihood of farmers.Rural land transfer,on the one hand, promotes large-scale operation of rural land and transfer of surplus labor, and reduces abandoned farmland, which is of great significance for reducing land fragmentation. On the other hand,it also causes external impacts on farmers’ production and life, affecting their sustainable livelihood. As for the transfer-out farmers, they will lose all or part of the cultivated land resources, and the reduction of natural capital will lead to the problem of livelihood strategy selection for farmers.Farmers who lose all their land will inevitably choose to engage in non-agricultural production, and most of them will go to cities for work. Most of the farmers who have lost part of their farmland have diversified their livelihoods. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the sustainable livelihood of the special group of land-transferring farmers to improve relevant land transfer policies and enhance the livelihood output of land-transferring farmers. This research mainly using the method of questionnaire investigation and measurement and the method of statistical analysis using six to nine months to five provinces in 2018 acquired land transfer peasant household survey of 1848 valid sample data, based on the transfer of land farmers a micro perspective, the country put forward the guarantee food security and promote the policy of rural land circulation background,by using the theory of sustainable livelihood and the livelihood of the farmers to quantify capital, objective evaluation of the current situation of different kinds of living the livelihood of farmers, livelihood strategy selection, facing the livelihoods of vulnerability of land transfer and the subjective feeling of life. And based on the survey data, the farmers livelihood strategy types are divided into pure farmers, agricultural leading,non-agricultural leading,non-agricultural type four types, transfer of land farmers livelihood capital, livelihood vulnerability are analyzed,at the same time using the multinomial Logit model, the empirical analysis of the transfer of land farmers livelihood strategy changes and its influencing factors, and further Ologit regression model, the empirical analysis of the current situation of land from farmers livelihood output and its influencing factors. The results show that:(1)after land transfer, different livelihood capital indexes of farmers of different livelihood strategies have different differentiation characteristics. The total livelihood capital index of pure agri-type farmers is the largest, while the total livelihood capital index of agri-dominant farmers is the smallest.(2)the greater the naturalcapital, financial capital, social capital and environmental capital of farmers, the greater the probability that farmers choose pure agriculture-based livelihood strategy; The greater the human capital, the greater the probability that farmers choose non-agricultural livelihood strategy. The greater the material capital, the greater the probability that farmers choose the non-agricultural leading livelihood strategy. The greater the psychological capital, the greater the probability that farmers choose the agriculture-oriented livelihood strategy.(3)the ranking of vulnerability of different types of farmers transferred from land is as follows:pure agri-type farmers > agri-type farmers > agri-type farmers > agri-type farmers. The greater the proportion of agricultural income in the total household income, the greater the livelihood vulnerability of farmers transferred from land.(4)after land transfer, the factors that have the greatest impact on the livelihood output of pure agriculture-oriented,agriculture-oriented and non-agriculture-oriented farmers are all environmental capital;Psychological capital is the most important factor affecting the livelihood output of non-agricultural farmers. Finally, the paper puts forward several policy Suggestions to promote sustainable livelihood of farmers and improve livelihood output :(1)master the rules of livelihood strategy selection to avoid the impact of land transfer;(2)enhance farmers’ livelihood adaptability, reduce risk exposure and sensitivity;(3)grasp the rule of livelihood output and improve the happiness index. |
