to carry out transformation and upgrading of the financial work.Construction enterprises as one of the pillar industries of national economy development,in promoting the development of national economy play an important role,also restricted and influenced by the traditional financial management mode,combined with the business development of the construction enterprises,setting up financial Shared services center,help construction enterprises to improve management level and management benefit.The construction of financial sharing mode requires the reorganization and updating of financial process,comprehensive analysis and exploration of financial process,design and adjustment of financial process according to the operating characteristics of enterprises,improve management level and operating efficiency,and finally achieve the goal of financial sharing service.This paper takes Z Construction Group Company as the research object.According to the actual operation and development of the company and its development problems,combined with the requirements of the company’s financial management transformation and upgrading at the present stage,this paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the company’s financial processes and summarizes the shortcomings of different financial processes.And design the corresponding optimization scheme.First of all,with the help of literature analysis method,the background and significance of this study are sorted out,the theoretical research results related to this topic are summarized,concepts such as financial sharing and process reengineering involved in the study are defined,and relevant theories applied in the study are elaborated.Through the field investigation of Z Company,the importance of financial processes in different business chains is sorted out,and the priority of Z company’s financial processes is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process,so as to provide reference and basis for further research.Through field research and interviews with employees of Z Company,I have learned about the current situation of related business processes such as expense reimbursement process,accounts receivable process,accounts payable process and general ledger accounting process before the construction of Z Company’s financial sharing service.It points out the problems existing in the financial process of Z company before the construction of financial sharing service,such as low efficiency of expense reimbursement process,high risk of accounts receivable process,long time consuming of accounts payable process and task concentration of general ledger accounting process.Combining with the related theory and the problems of Z company financial process,put forward on how to construct Z company financial Shared services and organizational structure,and points out that the financial Shared services under the construction of financial process reengineering objectives to standardize the financial accounting process,improve the efficiency of accounting,strengthening financial controls,promote the transformation of financial personnel.Based on this,the financial process reengineering scheme under the construction of financial sharing service is designed,and the expense reimbursement process,accounts receivable process,accounts payable process and general ledger accounting process are redesigned respectively.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the designed financial process reengineering plan of Z Company,the response safeguard measures are formulated to provide guarantee for the implementation of the financial process reengineering plan of Z Company through information system support,data security support,financial management system support,financial personnel transformation support and other measures.Finally,through the evaluation,it is concluded that Z company’s financial process reengineering makes the financial business process fully integrated,the business processing efficiency is significantly improved,and the financial management risks are also reduced,which has achieved good results.This paper comprehensively adopts different research methods,including interview method and literature analysis method,to collect and sort out theoretical research results and literature related to this topic.Z Construction Group is selected as the research object to analyze and study the company’s financial process reengineering under the background of big data era and financial sharing conditions.I hope to guide the company to establish a standard and standardized financial process and a scientific and perfect financial management system,and at the same time to provide a reference for other construction enterprises to reform the financial process and strive to achieve the goal of financial sharing,and master more practical experience in financial sharing mode. |
