Abstract/Summary:
Knowledge-based personnel are the core subject of building human resources in modern companies,and knowledge-based personnel play a key role in the creation and development of companies.Therefore,the training activities of modern companies should implement reasonable training management according to the past characteristics of knowledge personnel.It has become an important task for enterprises to develop and utilize the competencies of knowledge-type personnel at a deep leve,and cultivate a large number of knowledge-type talents in line with the enterprise’s development strategy.The use of the competency model to carry out knowledge-based employee training research is of great significance for the company to further enhance the effectiveness of knowledge-based personnel training management,improve the job satisfaction of knowledge-based personnel,improve work efficiency,and improve the company’s sense of identity.Based on the basic theory of knowledge personnel and the company’s internal training management methods,this thesis uses the competency modeling method,and takes the current training management methods of JD Company’s knowledge personnel as the main research object.The implementation and satisfaction of the current training management methods of similar personnel are investigated and analyzed,and it is believed that the company’s current training management methods still adopt a relatively single short-term training mode.And these training methods also make the job satisfaction of JD company’s knowledge personnel not high,and the performance of employees is not ideal.Then,the basic idea of using the competency model to determine the training and management goals of knowledge-based company employees is given,and on the basis of systematically analyzing the work status of knowledge-based employees in JD company,the interview method is used to conduct an analysis of the competency indicators of knowledge-based company employees.Through analysis,the competency model of knowledge personnel in JD company is established.Finally,this thesis puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the development of JD company’s knowledge-based employee training management implementation based on competency model from three aspects: enterprise,knowledge-based employees and trainThis thesis studies the training management of knowledge-based employees in JD company,through the use of the competency model to innovate knowledge-based employee training management system,optimize the training management system of JD company,improve the training management system,and ensure the continuous and rapid development of JD company.Provide reference for the enterprise’s employee training management.
