Study On Drug Supervision Problems And Countermeasures In Qingjiangpu District Of Huai'an City

Since entering the 21 st century,the country has paid special attention to people's livelihood.As an important part of people's livelihood,health is one of the directions that our government departments should strive for.In order to better strengthen grassroots market supervision,improve the safety and happiness index of the people of all ethnic groups across the country,and strengthen drug supervision is imperative.Drug supervision refers to supervision of all aspects of drug development,including drug development,registration,production,operation,and use of conducted.Through literature review and investigation,it is concluded that Qingjiang Pu District of Huai'an City has achieved many positive results in drug supervision,However,there are still some issues: the drug supervision is more passive,the drug supervision mechanism is not perfect,and the drug supervision basis needs to be improved,the public opinion supervision and social participation in drug supervision are insufficient,and the drug supervision forces are relatively weak.The main reasons for these problems are: the transition and convergence of responsibilities of drug supervision departments are not in place,updates to drug monitoring methods are not timely,the public opinion supervision and social participation mechanism of drug supervision is not perfect,the revision and improvement of relevant laws need time,and the complexity of working environment leads to job burnout.Drawing on the experience of drug supervision and management at home and abroad,the countermeasures to improve the drug supervision and management of Qingjiangpu District include: Accelerate the transformation of drug regulatory thinking and implement the safety responsibility system;Improve and apply laws and regulations and maintain the professionalism of drug supervision;Improve the supervision mechanism,attach importance to process supervision;Improve the level of informatization supervision and ensure the detection resources of grassroots supervision;Stimulate the enthusiasm of staff and overcome the burnout of supervisors.
