Drug Safety Supervision Research In Huai'an City

In recent years,China's comprehensive national strength has been comprehensively improved,and the quality of national life has reached a new level.The demand for high standard life,health and safety has prompted people to pay more attention to the safety of drugs than before.Since the 12th Five Year Plan,the Chinese government has been constantly reforming and achieved more and more obvious results in the field of drug supervision:in order to improve the quality of generic drugs and shorten the time of new drug approval,the State Council issued the opinions of the State Council on reforming the approval system of medical devices in 2015.The implementation of the opinions has promoted the one-time evaluation of generic drugs and the rapid approval of drug-related clinical trials in China,and provided a guarantee for improving the speed and quality of drug review and approval.In the same year,the Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China(2015 Edition)was formulated,and 4368 drug standards were revised.In the field of drug supervision,750000 administrative cases have been investigated and more than 46000 suspected drug criminal cases have been solved.Our national government departments pay more and more attention to the supervision of drug safety and invest more and more in the construction of drug safety.However,in real life,there are still a large number of problems such as fake drugs,substandard drugs,unsafe drugs and so on.Frequent drug safety incidents have brought huge threats to the life safety of the people and also brought negative effects to the credibility of the government.All kinds of drug safety supervision problems exposed by drug safety incidents have brought huge pressure to drug regulatory departments all over the country.With the continuous reform of the national drug regulatory system,the regulatory authorities all over the country are facing difficulties that are difficult to adapt to.At the same time,they are also facing enormous pressure from the rapid development of the drug market environment.How to deal with these sudden challenges and continue to steadily promote drug safety supervision in China's drug regulatory authorities is very worthy of in-depth discussion.From the perspective of building a drug safety supervision system,the domestic drug regulatory authorities have established a relatively complete whole process supervision system focusing on the supervision of research,production,sales and other links,but the specific drug supervision work in various places still faces various new problems.In this paper,Huaian drug safety supervision is selected as the research object,through a large number of relevant literature and works,full investigation of the work of Huaian drug supervision,in-depth exploration of the complex situation of Huaian drug market,using the relevant theoretical knowledge of public management,research on the drug safety supervision of Huaian City,select Huaian drug supervision workers This paper discusses the main problems,analyzes the main problems,finds out the causes of the main problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the drug safety supervision in Huai'an City from various perspectives by referring to the valuable experience of developed countries and some advanced cities and regions in the field of drug safety supervision.
