Study Of Government Supervision On Drug Safety In City Of Dalian

Drug safety issues happen frequently in recent years,which have caused serious impact on people's health and property.This also gives huge pressure on local drug regulators.With the fast developing and complicated drug market,it is worthy of a deep discussion on how to smoothly promote drug regulatory work.In the top-level,our country has established a comprehensive regulatory system for drugs from its development,production,sales,etc.But for local drug regulators,there are still many difficulties and problems with drug regulatory work.This paper uses the government regulation of Dalian City for drug safety as the research object.It uses the theories of asymmetric information,market failure and government intervention,new public services,etc and includes the methods of literature analysis,comparative research,interview surveys,etc.It combines the drug market of Dalian City and current situation of drug regulation.It discusses the problems met in daily work,does a deep analysis of the shortages and issues with drug regulation,uses the advanced experience of other regions as reference,and puts forward own corresponding solutions and suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts as following:In part 1,it describes the research background,significance and current status of both China and abroad.It uses classified discussion and describes the research theories and methods for this paper,combining with the research direction.In part 2,it explains the concepts and professional vocabulary involved in drug regulatory work.It also points out the theoretical basis used in the paper and how they are used in actual issues analysis and resolution.In part 3,the measures and achievement of the recent two years in drug regulation of Dalian are discussed,in view of regulation of drug production and operation,special medicine,regulation during special period,and the guarantee with drug environment to the public.lt also points out the existing problems in the supervision of drug safety government in Dalian city,and analyzes and discusses the causes of each problem by means of investigation,comparison and quantitative analysis.In part 4,it elaborates on the abroad advanced drug regulatory experience and system,current status of drug supervision in some developed cities in China,and the leading business technical field.It analyzes the current situation of drug market regulation in Dalian,then puts forward several ideas and references.In part 5,this paper puts forward specific solutions and suggestions from four aspects:professional resources commitment,execution cohesion,detection capacity building,and information supervision methods,based on the analysis and experience of the previous issues as well as the use of data survey and quantitative comparison.In part 6,it summarizes the reasons and ideas of this topic,expresses the willingness to continuously study the improvement of drug regulatory work.It expresses my hope to ensure the safety of drug use in Dalian through unremitting efforts.Drug safety is the safety of people.The supervision of drug safety is the guarantee for people's safety.Studying the problem of drug safety regulation work in Dalian has significant reference for continuous improvement across first-tier drug safety supervision work quality,better play with the functions of local government supervision and further improvement of the government's regulatory limitation.After the detailed discussion and research,this paper puts forward resolutions of the current drug regulatory problems,comes out with ideas to continue to improve and solve the problems faced during drug regulatory work,lets the government play fully with its role of drug regulatory,and guarantees the safety of people's drug use.
