China's economy is facing a period of shifting growth rate,painful structural adjustment and digestion of early stimulus policies.Domestic capital supervision,liquidity supervision and new inter-bank policy supervision are becoming increasingly strict and refined.Interest rate liberalization is speeding up the reduction of bank interest margin.The phenomenon of financial disintermediation has eroded the traditional deposit and loan business of commercial banks.Internet finance has a huge impact on retail business and inter-bank competition Increasingly.In the face of the challenges and opportunities faced by the operation,in order to meet the needs of future market competition,Ping An Bank takes development as the first priority,transformation as the core line,and innovation as the fundamental power to further promote business innovation and operation transformation,and establishes a financial sharing center.In the traditional business field,focus on the development of small enterprise business and retail financial business that are in line with the future economic and financial development trend and less dependent on capital,as well as business related to the bank's basic core functions,and strive to form new market breakthroughs and unique advantages.In the emerging business areas,we should vigorously develop wealth management,investment banking and asset management businesses,and form an alternative and effective pull to the traditional business,so that it will become a new growth point and a new path of transcendence for the company.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the current situation,problems and optimization path of the Financial Sharing Service Center of Ping An Bank of China.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,research content and methods,and innovation of this paper.The second chapter of this paper is literature review and related theories.In the literature review part,it mainly expounds the function of Financial Sharing Service Center,the construction of Financial Sharing Service Center and the optimization of Financial Sharing Service Center,and makes literature review.In the related theory overview,it defines and main models of financial sharing,process reengineering theory and flat management The theories of theory and resource allocation are summarized.The third chapter of this paper is an analysis of the current situation of the operation of the Financial Sharing Service Center of Ping An Bank of China.Firstly,it introduces the Bank of China,then analyzes the purpose of the construction of the Financial Sharing Service Center of Ping An Bank of China,and analyzes the goal and the construction mode of the Financial Sharing in the operation of the Financial Sharing Service Center of Ping An Bank of China,the existing information technology support,the reconstruction of organizational structure and the distribution of authority.The fourth chapter is the operation analysis of the Financial Sharing Service Center of Ping An Bank of China,including the business process of the Financial Sharing Service Center and the problems existing in the Financial Sharing Service Center.In the business process of the Financial Sharing Service Center,it analyzes the five processes of Accounts Payable process,accounts receivable process,expense reimbursement process,asset management process and integration of industry and finance In the problems of sharing service center,this paper analyzes the five problems existing in the Financial Sharing Service Center of Ping An Bank of China,which are the formalization of budget management,the need to improve cost management,the imperfection of accounts receivable management mechanism,the asymmetry of financial information and the increase of risk of capital management and control.The fifth chapter of this paper puts forward the optimization path of the Financial Sharing Service Center of Ping An Bank of China,which includes improving the professional level of financial personnel,preventing the formalization of budget management(including strengthening staff training,improving staff incentive system,attaching importance to personnel communication and enhancing the learning of tax policies),adding regional centers to prevent the omission of cost management,setting up systems to improve the accounts receivable management Mechanism,expand the channels of information communication,prevent information asymmetry,improve the fund information risk assessment system,and prevent risk management and control(including the determination of risk objectives and risk identification and response).The last chapter of this paper is the summary of the whole paper.Firstly,it summarizes the optimization path of Financial Sharing of Ping An Bank of China.Secondly,it puts forward relevant enlightenment and suggestions.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this paper and prospects for future research.
