Since the 1990 s,with the globalization of economy and the continuous development of information technology,the competitive landscape has changed dramatically.As the backbone of social development,large enterprises are also facing unprecedented challenges.Enterprise competition is not only a game between capital and capital,but also depends on the level of information,management and control mode.With the increasing expansion of enterprise scale,the problem of mismatch between financial management and service level also emerges,so financial transformation is imminent.Through the study of the literature and cases of typical financial sharing centers at home and abroad,this paper finds out the general characteristics and key points of success,and clarifies the optimization direction and inspection standards of this paper.From the perspective of management accounting,this paper deeply studies the key links and matters needing attention of financial sharing center of provincial branches.This paper mainly adopts the method of case study and field investigation to understand the problems existing in the construction and operation of the case company.Through field research,the paper understands the problems existing in the construction and operation of the case company.Z Company is a provincial branch of China Telecom.Through the status analysis,it is found that the company has done a lot of optimization in operation cost control and work efficiency.However,in terms of process design,system construction,personnel management and performance evaluation,the company still needs to improve.This paper studies the problem.The research contents include the steps from design to implementation,the expected effect,local test and so on.This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the strategy.The countermeasures proposed in this paper include the establishment of existing system platform,performance design of financial sharing center,post performance management,data monitoring and analysis,etc.The conclusion of this study is as follows: Financial sharing center operation is a process of information sharing and coordination and have clear control at all levels.The establishment of information-based financial sharing center is conducive to strengthening the group company's control over subordinate branches.The financial sharing center can further improve the operating efficiency of enterprises through the intensification and intelligence of accounting.When constructing the financial sharing center,it is necessary to clarify the strategic objectives,establish the corresponding organizational structure,build the information platform,and optimize the process design.The functional module of financial sharing center should be designed around strategic objectives and consider the basic accounting function of financial accounting,the value creation function of management accounting and the comprehensive budget control function.Finally,the financial sharing center needs to equip the necessary personnel,system and performance for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
