With the deepening of economic globalization and the vigorous development of technology,the development scale of various industries is growing day by day,competition within the industry is gradually intensifying,and various business financial processes have become more complex.Therefore,the financial control ability of enterprises is also being tested.In 2013,the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China issued the "Standards for Enterprise Accounting Informatization Work",which clearly stated that large enterprises with a large number of subsidiary companies need to actively explore the role of information technology in enterprise financial management and gradually build a financial sharing system based on their own actual situation.This regulation provides great encouragement and support to large enterprises building financial sharing from a policy perspective.Financial sharing is based on process reshaping,optimizing financial processes through professional division of labor,redesigning,operating,and integrating various functional modules of financial management on the information platform,and improving the financial management capabilities of enterprises.For enterprises,working capital management,as an important module in enterprise financial management,can have an important impact on enterprise risk control,value management and profitability.Therefore,the discussion on the performance of enterprise working capital management under financial sharing can enrich the content of enterprise financial management,and can also provide a certain reference for enterprises trying to or building financial sharing to solve problems in the process of working capital management.This article selects S Enterprise,which is a leading enterprise in the home appliance industry,as the research object.Due to the relatively mature development of financial sharing in this enterprise,the conclusions drawn have certain reference significance.The specific research ideas of the article are as follows: First,it briefly describes the research background and significance,and clarifies the correlation between financial sharing and working capital management performance based on domestic and foreign literature and relevant theoretical basis;Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of S enterprise and the problems existing in the traditional working capital management,which paves the way for the introduction of financial sharing.Then,from the perspective of process reengineering and value network,this paper discusses and analyzes the impact path of financial sharing of S enterprise on working capital management performance.Then it introduces the working capital management performance evaluation system based on elements,channels and structures,shows the change trend of working capital management performance of S enterprise before and after the implementation of financial sharing,and analyzes and evaluates it.Finally,by analyzing the financial sharing introduced by S Enterprise,conclusions and inspirations can be drawn based on the summary of experience.The research of this paper actively advocates that large enterprises seek value creation by implementing financial sharing,to a certain extent,it can enrich the literature on the impact of financial sharing on enterprise working capital management performance,and provide some reference for enterprises to build financial sharing. |
