Study On The Improvement Of Financial Sharing Service Management Of The Hao Wood Industry Group

With the further popularization of economic globalization and the deep application of "Internet +",the financial activities of domestic enterprise groups and transnational corporations are also distributed in various places because of the expansion of their scale.In order to maximize the resource utilization ratio of enterprise groups and meet the expanding needs of enterprise groups,more and more large enterprise groups are using financial sharing service as a new model for financial management.Financial sharing service is a higher level of intensive management,the financial staff from day-to-day affairs,to participate in more valuable and creative enterprise strategic decision support,financial analysis and other work.However,there are still some problems in the implementation process,how to improve the financial sharing services in the operation of the defects is the key to a breakthrough in service management.This paper combines theoretical research and case analysis to on the one hand,the paper systematically combs the related research results of financial sharing development,from the concept of financial sharing,development process,feasibility,necessity,advantages and disadvantages,scope of application,service content and Related financial management theory,to provide a good theoretical basis for thesis research;On the other hand,taking good Wood Group as the research object,this paper introduces the financial sharing application background and target location of the group,analyzes in detail the present situation of the overall implementation of financial sharing,the main business process and the effect of the financial sharing application of the group To seek feasibility improvement suggestions and implementation of security.The research of this thesis,hoping to provide some help and reference for the better operation of the financial sharing of the Wood Group,and summarizing the empirical experience of financial sharing can also provide reference for the implementation of financial sharing of other manufacturing enterprises in China.
