The Research On The Problems Of The Application Of Financial Shared Services In Chinese Enterprises

At the end of the 20 th century,the tide of economic globalization began to sweep the world,bringing more opportunities to multinational companies at the same time.It also let multinational companies face risks and challenges increasing dramatically.Based on the reduction of operating costs and improving the efficiency of business processing considerations,multinational companies are in urgent need of a new management model to deal with the risks and challenges,so the financial management of shared services model appears more important.As an advanced management model,the financial shared service model not only absorbs the advantages of the traditional management model,but also overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional management;it is a kind of innovation in management method.After years of development and improvement,it has achieved great success in multinational companies in foreign countries,and quickly extended to global enterprises,especially in big data,cloud computing and other new technology popular today,it has been more and more favored by managers.Although the model has been introduced to Chinese enterprises lately,it is still in the initial application stage.Because of the unique economic system and the current economic development stage in China,we cannot completely copy the experience and theory of foreign countries,most importantly,the localization of financial services sharing theory has not yet been completed,and there are many problems and errors in the application of the financial shared service model in Chinese enterprise.In this paper,the application of financial sharing services in Chinese enterprises began to try as the research object,using the standard research method and case analysis method,searching on the application of financial shared service theory.This paper is divided into six parts;the first part mainly elaborates the research background and the significance,the research method and the innovation point and summarizes the domestic and foreign financial sharing service theory research present situation.The second part first elaborated the meaning,the theory foundation and the application scope and so on.And then from the theory of financial services sharing,the paper explains its scope of application,advantages and comparison with the traditional financial management model and so on.In the third part,the status quo of the application of financial sharing service in our country is expounded,and then the problems of financial sharing service are analyzed deeply.In the fourth part,the paper introduces the cases of Citibank and SAP in the implementation of financial shared services,and summarizes the successful experience and the inspiration to Chinese enterprises.In the fifth part,according to the problems in the application of financial sharing service in our country and the successful experience of foreign enterprises,the countermeasures of perfecting the application of financial shared services in our country are put forward.The sixth part summarizes this article,and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
