Study On Supplier Selection Of Pharmaceutical Materials In A Pharmaceutical Company

Due to the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry in recent years,our country has gradually developed into an important country for the production and supply of medicinal materials in the global market.However,in the international market,there are more and more drug recalls caused by the problems of medicinal materials in our country.Based on this,in today's increasingly prosperous global medicinal materials market,as well as the global market's supervision of Chinese medicinal material suppliers,the first priority of pharmaceutical companies(I.e.pharmaceutical manufacturing companies)is how to select qualified suppliers of medicinal materials.How to select qualified and stable medicinal material suppliers is a very systematic and scientific research topic.In this paper,the relevant theoretical concepts of medicinal materials industry are applied,this paper briefly introduces the current situation and competitive situation of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,and analyzes the basic concepts,selection criteria and selection procedures of supplier selection.Then the detailed examples of A pharmaceutical company are combined to put forward the methods and evaluation standards for selecting suppliers of medicinal materials in the market,and to establish the corresponding evaluation system for manufacturers of medicinal materials.In the selection of the index system,eight indicators are set up for the criterion layer,and Thirty-five secondary indexes are included.On this basis,the function and significance of each index are elaborated in detail.The corresponding index data were obtained by questionnaire survey,and then the evaluation data of suppliers were sorted by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In the process of data analysis,this paper elaborates the calculation process and method in detail,compares the three suppliers of A company at present,and puts forward the supplier selection strategy of A company by ranking the results.The conclusion of this study provides a good guidance for drug manufacturers on how to select medicinal material suppliers,and provides good suggestions for medicinal material manufacturers on how to carry out standardized production and strengthen quality control.
