Selection And Evaluation Of Overseas Project Supplier In A Company

Many domestic and foreign scholars have given their opinions from different aspects in the research of suppliers'selection and evaluation. But most of them focus on the field of government procurement and materials purchasing of manufacturing companies. It is seldom to see that the research of suppliers'selection and evaluation had been applied in overseas projects.This dissertation will study and research based on the case of international project suppliers management of A Company, analyzing their present status of suppliers'management, pointing out their main problems in the suppliers'selection process. Also, this dissertation will base on the present research result, trying to design a more reasonable and complete system for A company in order to help them to improve their efficiency in international project suppliers management.
