H Company is a medium-sized multinational company, which provide the air preheater, centrifugal fan, axial fan, blower as the main products for the thermal power plant, petrochemical plant, smelting plant, cement plant. Business scope includes the production and processing, after-sales service, installation and construction, etc.In recent years, the industry’s recession lead to fierce market competition and change is accelerating. At the same time, because of the impact of environmental protection and other policies, the requirements of the owners have become diversified. Therefore, in order to reduce the cost, in the market to occupy the dominant position, H Company more and more attention to the supply chain management. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to design a set of supplier selection and evaluation system for H Company.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the results of the experts on the supplier selection and evaluation index system, evaluation method and so on. Secondly, based on the theory of supplier management, supplier evaluation and analytic hierarchy process, this thesis summarizes the process and method of supplier evaluation index system and supplier evaluation model. Finally, the author according to the work experience in purchasing staff, according to the actual situation of H Company, construction of a complete set of H company’s supplier selection and evaluation system. The research methods used in this thesis are:literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, brainstorming, data collection and statistics, enterprise practice, etc..The main innovations of this thesis are:combining the group decision-making theory and the analytic hierarchy process and SPSS analysis method, a set of supplier selection and evaluation system is established. According to the calculation results, the Four graph method will be used to provide management strategy for different kinds of suppliers. And this set of methods applied to the case of H Company, and achieved good results.
