The Pharma Chemical Company X Supplier Selection Base On Sustainable Supply Chain

To achieve sustainable development, enterprises must minimize the negative impact on environment in every business activities such as purchasing, production, logistics, sales. Supply chain is an important part of business activities, supplier is upstream of the whole supply chain, it can reduce the negative impact on the environment of enterprises at source, the supplier selection will directly affect the enterprise sustainable supply chain performance level. Therefore, the establishment of sustainable supply chain under the mode of supplier selection system has practical significance.This paper selects company X as representative of the pharmaceutical chemical industry, from the perspective of sustainable supply chain, this paper studies how to select suitable suppliers, in order to enhance the sustainable profitability of the enterprise.This paper first introduces the current situation and development of theory and research on sustainable supply chain, then introduces several methods of supplier selection. Considering the current supply chain management status in company X, analyses the problem that supplier selection method incompany X doesn’t match the requirement of sustainable supply chain. Basedon the sustainable supply chain’requirements and actual situation ofcompany X, set up the supplier selection system. In the selection index system, the paper brings out eight indicators in the criteria layer, and the layer of each criterion includes the several specific indicators. Then,choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the method for supplier selection. According to this method, this paperelaborate calculation during data analysis process, rate suppliers of X company to make the optimal supplier selection. Finally, give the suggestion of supplier selection strategy.
