The Problems And Countermeasures Study In The Process Of Agricultural Technology Extension

With the rapid development of economy and society, the agriculture of our country has been developing rapidly. The structure of agricultural and technology production have also been through profoundly changing. In this context, the grassroots agricultural technology extension are encountering more and more problems. The mechanism of non-profit promoting system supported by governments is the main plight. This mechanism is the most popular one and delivers the main job of modern agriculture technology promoting work. The demands of more information and the needs of fanners present many challenges for progress.At present study, the questionnaire survey, literature induction and integrate theory with practical analysis were applied with the example of Ji'an city. Using some public theory and new public service theory, adopting questionnaires, materials inducing, and theory and reality approach, this essay introduce some concept about the progress of promoting agriculture technology, and in turn, present some problems and analyze the possible reasons. Basing on the realty of Ji'an city, from the perspective of government,after collecting the data of the Ji'an city, this paper has found many problems including the lack of finance, the low competence of facing some risks, and the low-education of farmers.Firstly, we presented the related basic theory; then basing on the basic situation of agricultural production in Ji'an City, we analyzed the current problems existing in the process of grassroots agricultural extension. Furthermore, combined with the problems to explore the three service models were investigated according to the existing problems, and claimed out the proposition that construction of grassroots agricultural extension system need scientific and reasonable guidelines. Finally, basing on the analysis of the importance of promotion methods, the promotion methods innovation were figure out. Here, we think that in the future agricultural extension work, only by constantly strengthen innovation,could adapt to new changes in agricultural production, and realize the agricultural modernization in the end.
