With the advent of the post-financial crisis era,the competition between domestic and foreign banks has become increasingly fierce.At the same time,the emergence of interest rate marketization and disintermediation has finally made the development strategy research of urban commercial banks gradually become a comprehensive strategic management research with internal and external links as the starting point,and accordingly formulated the corresponding development strategy.In addition,commercial banks must ensure the unity of internal business,so as to better adapt to the development needs of the external market,through active response to challenges and use their own advantages to effectively integrate various resources,and then bring more development opportunities.However,in view of the current development of commercial banks in China,the development strategy of Bank B Branch of Huaxia Bank must focus on the current economic situation and its development trend.On the basis of fully considering its own characteristics,it should formulate a strategy that is in line with its own development,so that Bank B Branch of Huaxia Bank stands out among many joint-stock banks.Its specific contents are as follows:The first part mainly discusses the external impact,internal factors and research implications of the research content,domestic and foreign research situation,content and methods,which leads to the following and gives a general overview of the full text.The second part is the theoretical basis.This chapter mainly analyses the related theories of banking business transformation,strategic management and development strategy.Through the understanding of their concepts,the related theories are discussed in depth,which provides more theoretical basis for the later research.The third part is the analysis of internal and external environment of branch B of Huaxia Bank.Firstly,starting from the political situation,economic situation,social situation and technical situation of branch B,we have a general understanding of the current environmental situation of branch B.Subsequently,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the development process,internal resources,and business development of Bank of China branch B,and finally finds out the problems in the development of Bank of China branch B.The fourth part is the selection and formulation of the development strategy of Bank of China Branch B.This part firstly uses SWOT method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Bank of China B Branch,then carries out the strategictarget selection and market positioning of Bank of China B Branch,and finally formulates a reasonable development strategy.The fifth part is the implementation and guarantee of the development strategy of Bank of China Branch B.Based on the current internal and external environment and SWOT analysis results of Bank of China Branch B,the development strategy of Bank of China Branch B is implemented in combination with its strategic positioning,strategic objectives and specific strategic planning,such as: strengthening the business transformation of the bank,improving the moral quality of staff,strengthening risk prevention and control management,etc.Then,on the basis of implementation,the corresponding countermeasures are pointed out from the aspects of organizational security,personnel security and system security.The sixth part is a summary.By explaining the contents and results of the research,the paper puts forward the defects and constraints of the subject,and makes some prospects for future research.This paper reviews the historical changes and development of Bank of China Branch B and various analysis methods such as PEST and SWOT to analyze the internal and external environment of Bank of China Branch B.It also analyses the internal environment of Bank of China Branch B and finds out its own advantages and disadvantages.Under the medium-term and short-term development strategic objectives of Bank of China Branch B,it formulates a suitable development strategic plan and guarantees the implementation of the plan.It is of great practical value to point out the direction for future development and to promote business development and structural optimization.
